Wow, the room was clean, for the price I paid, it feels cozy and fancy, wifi was fast, the staff’s are all nice!! Free breakfast. The location is very convenient. I will surely book this hotel again hoping their price is still the same

Laundry, washing machine’s dirty, I saw some hairs. Hope they will clean it, we pay 2.50 for laundry the. 2.50 for dryer, I wish they clean them. But the over all stay is really thank you so much!

Clean room, comfortable and quiet.

During check-in, the front desk gave us a key card to a room that was already occupied. Thankfully, she corrected the mistake quickly and got us into another room. The vending machine wasn't working either, so there was no bottled water for guests.The next morning at checkout, I asked the front desk attendant to double-check that I wasn’t mistakenly charged for a third room. I had booked and paid for two rooms, but with the mix-up the night before, I just wanted to confirm that nothing extra was added. Rather than checking, he assured me—without verifying—that there was no need to worry. I pressed a bit more, but he repeated the same and made me feel like I was bothering him for asking.When a customer requests something like this, it’s because they are concerned. Simply taking a moment to check and reassure me properly would have been appreciated. I will still be reviewing my statement, just to be sure there's truly "no need to worry."

When we checked in at night the woman working the front desk was definitely not people/customer friendly in anyway. However the worker in the morning was so kind and had great customer service skills.

The location very close to restaurants, gas stations, the freeway.

Renovations being done during our stay, front entrance filled with dust, paint, and debris. Debris in the parking lot caused us to get a nail in our tire. Our room was missing a couch so were moved. Drains in bathtub and sink not working.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Breakfast was good, everything we needed to start our day! Bed was super comfortable. Water, coffee and cookies available at all times. Location was perfect.

The only thing that I can complain about is that our room didn¿t have a curtain and the lights from outside at night and then the sun in the morning were coming thru the window which wouldn¿t allow us to sleep well!

Room cleanliness was great, bed and pillows clean and comfortable, easy and fast check in. Will definitely book again.
