- The front desk staff was very professional and friendly.
- The staff. Good parking. Nice rooms. Able to use breakfast area that evening to watch Tech game with our family.
- Great staff and comfortable room
Cons -
- The room was not clean. There was used bar soap in the shower, trash in the garbage cans and sticky stuff on the counter tops.
- Have yet to reapply incidentals fee back to my son-in-law’s credit card. Been over a week now.
- This was the worst stay we’ve ever had. In the morning, I woke up covered in bedbug bites. We immediately let the staff know, but no one did anything about it. No apology, no offer to move rooms, nothing. Completely unacceptable. We will never stay at a Best Western again.
