did not have any amenities available. no coffee in the lobby. no coffee in the rooms. no hair dryer. I guess I did not realize that and extended stay hotel is really for people staying for awhile. not recommended for people staying only a few days

The basic problem is your rating of this hotel. It is best a 1 star at best. To be honest it is a dump. There is no lobby just a window in a small locked room. We moved in and left as soon as we saw the rooms. You could smell the drugs in the hall.

everything. the safe was rude, its an extended stay and they don't have any pot or pans or plates or cutlery and when asked for plastic spoons they were gonna charge me absolutely not

Location was fine easy to get to.

The bed was terrible.no shampoo and 1small bar of soap.not even a plastic cup together a drink of water.

The price before being charged extra

I found a comb in the sheets. There was red, sticky substance on the right hand side by the bed and nightstand on the floor. The shower hardly had pressure because the water was still coming out of the bottom as well as the showerhead h

Location was very good. Staff was competent, however my reservation was not correct.

No chair in room, no ice machine, no lobby.

There was nobody ever at front desk you have to call and wait for someone everytime, given a key to a room going through demo, had to call and wait, then given key that doesn't work. The towels had hair on them! So of course we were uncomfortable bathin

The 4th floor

I did not know it was an extended stay. So it was pricey for not having certain amenities

everything was bad! dirty, smelly, broken etc...

The whole 2nd floor smells like liter box. I have to buy air freshener just to make use of what i paid( stay coz already late when i checked in) I asked for relocation and was told i have to pay more.

It was nothing like pictures show. Our room stunk like cigarette smoke, AC was unplugged, overall was not what we expected.

I love the fact that the hotel room had a kitchen.

I didn't like the fact that my air conditioning unit didn't work manually and that you had to call on a phone to get check into my room

The room was a nice size.

In wouldn't ever stay at an extended stay again. You have to pay for the towels for more than a day and we didn't have any hand towels to dry our hands on. Also not having a front desk person 24/7 is a big minus.My room keys didn't work half the time.

The hotel was easily reached from the road with pretty of parking. The rooms had kitchenette with microwave, refrig, and sink. No dishes but can be rented from desk. Staff was very helpful and very nice. The building has an elevator. Rooms are basic.

The bed was hard but the staff gave us an extra blanket and comfort. Walls was a little thin but noise dropped significantly after 10:00.

The television.

Getting locked in our room. Having to change rooms due to locks not working. Employees not responding quickly to repair issues.

Absolutely nothing.

Didnt even get to stay there. Paid for My friend to stay as guest and they wanted My ID I was in different state. They were rude and questioned how I got such a good price. MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. wasted My money and Im not rich!

I tried to extend and price went up

Front desk staff!

No gym!

It had roaches and the staff came into my room without advance notice overall the service and stay was unsatisfactory

No breakfast, plus I couldn¿t use the shower in my room
