Super 8 by Wyndham McKinney/Plano Area

Basic complimentary breakfast.

Very dirty. Smelled bad. I could smell how dirty the hotel was even past the strong smell of marijuana throughout the building. Holes in sheets and blankets. I have pictures of dirtiness.

My third room did not have bed bugs like the other rooms

Very dirty I have pictures, with bed bugs. I checked out early because it was not livable conditions and they would not give me a refund for nights I did not even stay there.

Clean sheets/ towels No bugs Hot water Ac worked

Breakfast not as pictured Towels had holes Room smelled of wet dog and stale cigarettes Bathroom light barely lit up the bathroom Matress was very firm

Rude and condescending night manager. Left over used bars of soap in the shower. Blown bulbs and flickering lights in the room, cracked mirror, smoke infested AC unit and used sheets. We added it to our do not utilize list for these reasons.

It was listed that there was a continental breakfast, however they only served juice and coffee- no food at all.

The location

The pool was closed for a day, the walls in the bathroom were dirty, and the lamp light kept blinking. It was very dark in the room.

The client care was excellent the day I got there. There was no hot water, took a cold shower. All together it was a clean, and quiet place. I would stay there again for $----$---. Blessings, Sam Ephesians 2:1-10

Cold shower in the morning.

Employees friendly and polite.

Security door latch broke , drawer pulls , all broke.SMOKE ALARM MISSING. THOUGHT a lil breakfast was included but it Was Not.

Room smelled like pee. Huge hole in towel. Water in shower wasn't warm. Air conditioner in the hotel was off. Stuffy

The staff was rude toliet got clogged asked for a plunger was never brought one. Did not have breakfast like stated they did.

The woman working the desk was so nice when checking in.

No working heat/air in the room, the bathtub couldn't hold water, shower didn't work. No breakfast.

Yes, when I checked in my tv would not work, took until after 1:00 am to get it working. The road noise was so bad I got very little sleep. They put me in a room at the other end of the hotel and the tv wouldn¿t work, took about 2hrs to get it working.

The only positive is that the electricity didn't go off and the shower worked.

Room was not very clean. Blood or fecel stains on bathroom counter. No area info in room, no do not disturb sign. Entire hotel smelled like Marijuana. Slmekne tried to get into our room at 3am.

Front desk staff were excellent!

We stayed two nights, and specifically asked that maids not come to our room since our personal possessions were in the room. And yet at around 9:30 am, a maid entered our room while I was getting out of the shower, with the bathroom door open.

Very little lighting in room. There was AC but it was old and left the room damp. The room carpet was sticky. I didn¿t stay my second night.

Elegant lobby, Super Clean rooms, Attentive room Staff, Fabulous Office staff- Need I say more?! GetSome!!

No complaints here!

Awesome location, staff attentiveness & cleanliness! Should be rated more rhan a two!

The hotel is well-maintained and clean. It was a short drive to downtown McKinney. The lady who was at the front desk on Saturday afternoon was very helpful and accommodating, and we want to recognize that.

We choose Super 8 in part because the typical breakfast provided meets our needs including my wife's diet restrictions. The breakfast at this location was limited to packaged mini donuts, which my wife can't eat.

the staff was friendly and room was clean.

my bed was not made on the second day of my stay. I was charged more for my stay than the stated price when i booked my room.

Close to everything and the owners and staff are very friendly. The last two nights were not as good as their fire sprinkler system had an issue and leaked so there was a lot of equipment in the hallways fans dehumidifiers and such. But overall it wasgood
