The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and professional.

Location is nice & quiet. Staff was friendly & room was clean.

The air conditioner kept the room comfortable during the day but at night it was hot like it somehow the temperature went up at night without adjusting it.

This hotel is very nice and comfortable from walk in till you walk out. Beds make you not want to wake up. Even had the little kitchenette that was a nice add on

Woke up at 7am to get breakfast and there was nothing there but coffee and the fridge items. Our kids came down at 8am and there were some things out. Breakfast was supposed to be 6-10 I believe, and everyone loves a good waffle to start the day.

We arrived to a clean facility

All night the air conditioning was rattling. Loudly all night. It never got resolved.Then at 6 am Someone opened okra door and walked in, it was the hotel worker, he was trying to remember what rooms were available

It’s was a decent facility

The fact that I my room was dirty and I had dead roaches in spaces and live roaches crawling around me . The hallway and rooms in the third floor had a mold and chemical smell

Property is always clean. Beds are comfortable and bathroom was very clean as well

Our television wasn’t working during our stay

It smelled of mold and mildew in the room.

Property was just ok. Staff was lazy, not at the desk when needed.

Breakfast was the worst we have experienced in our travels over the past 5 years. Not even a hard-boiled egg; disgusting "fruit loops" cereal which is being outlawed in the US. Hard, dry bagels. Only thing that was good was the coffee, but closed down at 9am!

Above. Breakfast basically missing. Water in bathroom was so low was hard to get rinsed in shower. Water in the sink would not go down...took over 5 minutes to empty after brushing teeth! Temperature in room was hard to regulate..either too cold or too warm.

Wouldn’t stay here again

I couldn’t ever find the hotel staff checking in or out. I had to call the front desk to get someone up there. The morning breakfast was awful. There was no protein options just carbs.

Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly. It was a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Soft beds and good environment

Very clean

It is good value for money. Got the room as advertised. The room temperature could be controlled smoothly. Got available parking and breakfast. Could do late night check-in.

Had to ask for the bed sheets and pillow for the sofa bed. I expected those to be in the room, as we booked for 3 persons and there was only a twin bed. They seemed always short on staff. There was only one person attending the guest's needs.
