The room is very nice and clean

One of the elevators did not work. And to top it off, I called the front desk to see if I can have a toothbrush and toothpaste. The lady told me to peep my head out and if I see a housekeeper that they be carrying it, so I can ask them.

Logistics of our trip were a little complicated but the staff were so accommodating and graciously allowed for early check in which worked out for our family ( 10 of us traveling including kids)

It was a total disappointment for a Hampton Inn. Outdated and dirty. I was charged $10 more for my room than my booking.

Hotel was clean, room as advertised. The breakfast was better than most hotels, with several choices, even a pumpkin spice waffle option, lol!!

The pool was still broken and the laundry room inoperable. This is the same condition from a previous stay in September of this year.

The staff was great, the location was not bad either We didn't try out the breakfast option

First, the elevators had issues, Stairwell had a toxic smell, trash in the corners of the room, sealant around the tub is bad when we pulled the cover back one of the beds had blood on them

Cooperation with staff - we were allowed to check in early (flew in from MA to attend a gravesite funeral). Being able to check in the hotel early and changed greatly helped! Then we were allowed to extend the checkout - allowed for more family connection

The breakfast seemed put up by 9:30am - 30 minutes early

The jacuzzi tub was nice

The mattress had two nail like hooks on it. Not very clean¿

Nothing . Didn¿t get to experience it I paid for a jetted tub room and They said they couldn¿t find my reservation even though I had my conformation # and I paid for the room in full .

The 2 staff members that I encounter was great! The fire alarm went off early in the morning scaring me out of my sleep. I attempted to call the front desk but the phone wasn¿t working so I had to use my cellphone. Then it kept going off so I just left.

The bed was very soft, and I loved the look of the bed covers. The breakfast omlette was very good.

I would recommend putting a light blanket in between the bed cover and the sheets. I kept waking up because the bed cover was way too hot and the sheet was too light even though I turned the temperature way down (which cost the hotel more money).

No room cleaning staff available. Breakfast was bad. Room was in need of updating. Questionable room cleanliness.

Room was large and spacious. The Whirlpool was nice and the fridge came in handy for some road trip snacks. To he AC was awesome. The hot breakfast options were good and the coffee was always ready.

The bed was like sleeping on cardboard and the pull out couch was no better. Some of the jets in the whirlpool were broken and the lobby stank like burning rubber which I believe was coming from the elevators. The staff did discount our stay for this.

I really liked how clean and sanitized everything was. You could tell that the staff work hard to insure cleanliness, and sanitization.

The pool was closed. (I think it is the corona's fault though! 😊)

The clerk was very kind and understanding.

Everything smelled good except bedding smelled of animal.

Night staff was excellent breakfast bags were helpful

Am staff was snarky about request for a toothbrush. We were on way out and my sister brushed teeth in parking lot. They assumed our request was for extra supplies. She didn’t even ask for toothpaste based on the staff response

The staff was really nice but it was just a step above a motel 6 unfortunately! The sheets were so wrinkled I thought they were dirty but they gave us a new wrinkled set. Did not mind the wrinkles just did not feel clean. Very outdated and disappoin

The dressing table was too small, especially for two people.

We stay yearly for our family reunion, bc it is close to Camp Wanica. EVERY year someone in our family has difficulty with the staff. They are rude, not accommodating & actually asked my grandmother to "step outside" when she questioned them.

Location, the room, and the breakfast. Everything was great.
