Best Western Executive Inn

Had a big water roach in room . Had to leave a 100 dollar deposit at desk like I was a criminal. Left there insulted never coming back.

The breakfast was good and the staff was nice except one lady.

My room had bugs and the pool was not ready.

Great location, easy access to I-45. Clean rooms and facilities. Lots of options for food and such nearby.

The desk person was not friendly or helpful. Breakfast was pretty bad, although the eggs were not horrible

It provided what we needed for a night of traveling. Waffles were fantastic!

Our bed was squeaky so during the night, it would wake me up. The ac unit kept turning itself off. We had to reset it from the outlet on the wall 3 different times. Breakfast options were limited. The bathroom on entry level was kept locked to guests.

Hotel check in was a nightmare and clerk was extremely rude and hateful. The upkeep of the rooms was shoddy and low quality repairs had been made. The breakfast buffet dishes were empty and the hotel price gouged us by $--- due to local event in Ennis.

For the price, this room was excellent: relatively modern, clean, lots of counter space, comfortable bed, I was pleasantly surprised.

The free breakfast was good.

The carpet in the room was dirty. The room could use some updating.

The entire hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I was a bit disappointed in the, frayed curtains, broken furniture and counters. Everything was very clean, which is most important to me, but the hotel itself was not what I expected from the Best Western brand.

Room floor was VERY stained and dirty carpets. Furniture (cloth ) filthy w stains. Broken arm furn. Staff not polite. Best staff member was breakfast attendant. Would NOT stay there again. $--- plus $--- for a child??? Absolutely ridiculous !!

Friendly staff That were nice and accommodating, clean hotell

Shirley was very helpful during breakfast. She made sure I had everything I needed and even made my waffles for me while I grabbed everything else to take to my room. Very sweet and excellent customer service! My room was very comfortable too.

The sheets still had some brown marks on them and same with the towels.

The fitness room was not available till 1pm when it showed 8am the pool wasn¿t open when it was suppose to we had to track down staff to just use these

The desk clerk was very friendly. The room was clean.

The air conditioner sounded like a plane coming in, when it would shut off it shook the window. The TV remote did not work.

Clean, economically priced, close to everything I needed.

The only thing, and I mean only thing I was NOT impressed with was the breakfast. Minimal, stale and not appealing at all. I ate breakfast elsewhere both mornings.

The staff was professional and courteous.

The television reception was intermittent at best, and not working more often than it was.

The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Excellent, friendly staff.

We had the king suite. Lots of room and space to move around in. AC was super cold.

The carpet had some spots that needed to be cleaned or cleaned better. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working and the only other one on the first floor was being used up by construction crew for ice chests.
