Comfort Inn Corsicana East

The bathroom had hair on the floor and shower. The breakfast was a joke. When I asked if they had anything else she told me no. They had bread, sausage, batter for 1 waffle, a little cereal with no milk. It was an hour left. Not good

Seemed humid in room. Room was musty. Bathroom set up poorly.

Location of hotel was not to bad and the price was great

The pillows felt used and abused no support on the pillows the bed was really stiff the room felt very humid also there was a cockroach in the shower.

The power went out. Did not get the breakfast, got hot and had to shower and pack in the dark.

Nothing. Cheap and minimum

By far, the outstanding thing about this hotel was the reception. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The hotel¿s location on Hwy 31 was ideal for my needs.

The hotel is old (but clean) and in need of some serious updating. The bed was pretty uncomfortable. I stopped for the evening due to icy road conditions and needed something to eat. I was out of luck- no snack machine, no snacks for purchase, NOTHING!

Hotel was clean, breakfast was very good, and staff on the front desk was friendly and made me feel welcome.

Curtain in our room had a long tear in it. The phone to the front desk did not work sufficiently for the desk clerk to hear my question. But he came upstairs to check on me. The rooms had been updated it seemed, but indoors and outdoor seemed unkempt.

The room had a smell smell to it upon entrance. Got used to it quickly. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Close to finances family

The room felt very humid. Even with the AC on. Also the room had a musty, damp smell to it.

The staff was very nice

Was giving a handicap room that smelled awful when we opened the door. Went to the desk immediately and requested a different room. The clerk apologized and gave us another room. It didn¿t smell very pleasant, but was better than the first.

Convenient for me to get to work. Quiet and clean.

The entire hotel was hot and muggy and our AC barely kept the room in the 70s.

They had breakfast! Biscuits and gravy were good. Room was clean.

The AC in the room made a weird noise and looked like it was ready to fall apart but it worked.

It's a beautiful place and the staff was great. We needed a place to crash while driving between cities and it was comfortable and nicely equipped with fridge, microwave and a king bed.

There were a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. The toilet was rocky/loose. The toilet paper holder didn't latch so the tp would fall on the floor. The shower surround had some mildew on the caulk. Nothing major though.

Card keys didn¿t work properly, TV didn¿t properly, old blanket in closet,

Everything was great

The room was filthy and I couldn't sleep. I sat in my car until 5 o'clock in the morning. I asked them if they could give me a different room. The Attendant stated that they were at Capacity which I learned was not the truth at. I want my money back.

I have a video that shows how unkempt that room was. It was not safe enough for me to be in due to the CCOVID. It looked as if someone had thrown up on the nightstand, urine around the bottom of the toilet, mini fridge cabinet was filthy.

This hotel was in the process of upgrading, that is a good thing.

This process was in the process of upgrading, that was not so good. The rooms on our wing were construction zones and new tiles were piled in the hall....kinda created a hazardous situation.
