It's a nice hotel. The evening snacks
It's a nice hotel. The room felt a bit dirty. My daughter dropped the bar soap on the floor and it was covered in long black hair.The indoor pool was too cold

Location is comfortable, staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious and very good. Very liked layout of the rooms. However, sheets were not clean. Cleanliness is the issue

The hotel is wonderful - the lobby is spacious and with many amenities, the rooms easy to find and look nice too. Our dogs were also comfortable and we found grassy areas around the hotel for them.
Dog fee a bit expensive. Otherwise no complaints.

I enjoyed the indoor pool, and the breakfast was truly spectacular, plenty of variety and great quality. They also offered complimentary drinks for guests 21 and over, which was a fun bonus. The staff extremely helpful and friendly, making the stay feel welcoming.
The bedding was very outdated and didn’t match the overall expectations I had for the Embassy Suites.

From the time we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the man behind the desk. He was so friendly. His name began with a J, maybe Jay, He was amazing. Checked us in quickly, gave us a great suggestion for dinner. The room was spacious and so comfortable. The pool area was so nice. Received a complimentary drink coupon upon arrival. I was just so pleased with his hotel.

Breakfast was convenient and good. Location and parking facilities were also good. Room size was great and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Wifi was working well.
Lightning everywhere was poor and caused the place to be gloomy, especially the breakfast area. Room was supposed to be made over once during our stay but nobody ever came. Bathroom was small and the shower had some rust at the walls, everything looked somewhat old.

Pro's: Great breakfast! Enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Clean hotel. Nice staff.
Con's: The carpets are dated & worn out & there was mold in the bathroom. The landline phones in the room both flashed red lights in the middle of the night both nights, for no reason. We were told "they're just old phones". Woke us both up in the middle of the night & couldn't get them to stop flashing so had to put a towel over them. There are a lot of banging sounds in the walls, like old pipes or something that are pretty loud & annoying.We still felt it was worth the money & had a nice time there.
