Clean and friendly staff

Breakfast eggs and sausage were cold. All other breakfast items were good

Love the remodel and convenient location off I-45. Courteous, accommodating staff exceeded my expectations! Also, woke each day to waffles that you make yourself on a 'Texas' waffle iron, fresh fruit and drip coffee! Perfect for us early risers!

Close to Conroe & i45. Nice room.

2 diff dogs all barking in halls tho not around each other just people. Then heard one in a room barking awhile. Owner took dog outside finally after staff went to room. I love dogs but this policy isn't fair to those wanting to rest/sleep.

Cleanliness and the staff was kind and courteous

Only one elevator and the AC wasn?t cooling correctly.

Shower the room spelled soooo good, the girls there are wonderful, breakfast wasn?t to good sausage wasn?t cooked well

front desk staff was wonderful and very helpful

hate to complain but the room service staff is lacking. we stayed 10 days and only once did they actually clean our room/leave clean towels etc, to the extent I need to go to the store and buy tp hoping it was just due to the busyness of the holday

Power outage during my stay with my kids bec it was my time to have them and since the outage I couldn?t visit with them so I had to take them back to their moms

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and the pastries were fresh along with the fruit great selection of both.

The man working the front desk at check in was very welcoming and friendly.. he also was very helpful with another situation later on and showed great concern and interest in the issue and willingness to do whatever was needed even beyond his job.

Everything was very nice. I do not have any complaints! Would recommend!

The stay was an improvement over last time !! The new construction was very welcomed and long over do !!

Staff is very thin and many tasks are overlapped with impact on the guest !!

The room had a very moldy smell. There was damage to the walls near the baseboards,and the carpet was torn and nasty.

Being refurbished and not being advised ahead of time. Furnishings were quite worn. Bugs!

The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast options were plentiful.

The hotel was undergoing reservations, and we were unable to access the wi-fi in our room, and there seemed to be lamps missing from the room.

Room, especially the bathroom was not cleaned until I complained to the manager !! Bed had stains on it and room was very dusty !!

Nothing but the location

This hotel use to be a great place to be, however its going down fast its dog Friendly but they dogs walk free with no leash, people sit In the lobby area and just stare at you.

Honestly very disappointed everything ditty walls patch. No enough towels rails dirty you can't touch, after I complain you can see putting attention by starting vacuum halls the day I was checking out employees finding excuses justified extermination eve

It's nothing good about it management not put attention when I check in she got busy with one of her friends babies and forgot she supposed finished booking, I arrived day before I pay for it and then my room appears roaches so I got moved to another room

Desk clerks were nice and accommodating

Hotel room smelled. Gnats in room. Hair in shower curtain. Sink stopper missing so anything could have been lost down the drain. Neighbors door didn¿t have a governor so the wall shook everytime they went in and out. Woke me up in the middle of the night

Air conditioning

Bath tub dirty, toilet took 3 flushes to empty properly, people across the hall had dogs that continually barked. I ended up checking in at 4pm and leaving that same night at 10:30pm . Did not even fulfill my stay. Money down the drain
