The location was great for what I was expecting.

The hotel is badly in need of refurbishment. It's older and showing is age. Also there was a good deal of trash in the corner of the property which i only saw because there isn't much parking close tot eh hotel so I had to park on the property perimeter.

I picked this hotel for the hot tub, it was NOT hot, pool temp, very disappointed

Clogged bathtub Toilet tank lid was not the correct one for the toilet. When I tried to adjust it, I noticed that the whole inside of the toilet was full of black mold.

I've stayed here many times before and the staff recognized my return. Decent room for the price.

Breakfast buffet is pretty paltry, yet edible.

There was only 1 member of the staff that prepared breakfast and was really clean, helpful, and respectful.

My stay was horrible. First night there a roach was by the ac unit. My bathroom light & room lamp flashed on & off nonstop, water leaked from around the tub during showers, the tub was stopped up, & refrigerator ruined food because it turns onnm & off.

Location and the front desk clerk, was amazingly sweet and perky. Helped us with our room issue. And made us feel heard with our issue.

Hotel is pretty dated. Our bathroom toilet sits crooked. Our first assigned room was dirty. It was straightened but the bedding was dirty. Not just stained but dirty. Needed washing.

The front desk staff at check-in was very friendly and helpful (came outside to help me find a suitable spot and back in a long trailer)

The staff was awesome.

The room smelled bad, like a damp towel. The sheets and pillow cases had small black spots all over them. We spoke to the staff about it and he was super helpful -- he replaced our bedding with other ones but discovered that all the linen had them.

It was perfect spot to the event we were attending. There was food immediately in the vicinity especially walking distance.

The shower curtain was damn near falling apart. Not sure what housekeeping was thinking using a curtain that had holes and ripped from the hanging grommets.

Location was convenient. Good bed & pillows.

Toilet was too low. Scent of pot in the lobby area when we arrived. Pretty dated.

Older accommodation but clean Hot water and hot breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy on easy off. Very good value.

Breakfast was good, room was clean, AC was stellar, every member of the staff that we encountered was over-the-top friendly and helpful. Perfect stop for a quick overnighter on a long road trip. Absolutely no negatives...and we are picky!

Clean. It is a refurbished older motel. Nothing fancy, but very much worth the money. Good location for Conroe. Free wi-fi, breakfast, swimming pool, parking

Ease of access from the road and parking was decent. Was clean.

Its starting to show its age. Breakfast was subpar even for this type of hotel. I purchased a king suite and the only extra you get was just a chair and a large empty space that should of had a couch.

The toilet stopped up, they said it was because of poor sewer system, toilet paper was cheap, single layer toilet tissue. The bathroom floor was cheap linoleum floor that had bubbles all under it.

Great location, as we were traveling from Tulsa to Houston. Highway and several good eating spots close by. It's an older hotel. But good spot for the price and star level. Breakfast was the best part. They serve real breakfast.

Needs some updates. The only Ice machine wasn't working in 1st floor.
