I rarely write a negative review however this hotel was extremely disappointing. It?s terribly outdated and very dirty. I didn?t even wanna walk on the floors barefooted. The bathroom door wouldn?t even close all the way much less Lock.

Two maids tried to come in 2 hours before checkout. One knocked and waited a while the other knocked then immediately opened the door with no hesitation.

Wi-fi was out without a lot of concern about it.

While sleeping in the room (#321) we were awakened constantly because of the sound the elevator makes when it arrived at our floor.

Quiet, clean rooms, and a friendly staff.

Proximity to what I needed.

Beds were hard. Bathtub instead of shower. Elevators slow and disconcerting noises. Staff wasn't as professional as they should be (IMO). Didn't have a comfortable chair in the room. Hot breakfast food was not very good. Coffee was lukewarm.

Really everything about this hotel was nice! The room was great & the employees were very friendly & helpful. It also helped that the location was nice & somewhat secluded with lots of low traffic streets so I could run & not get whacked.Thanks Hampton!

Got to the hotel and they didn¿t have my prepaid booking. After numerous calls, I¿m still waiting on a refund.

The location was good for a wedding we were attending. Staff was friendly upon check in. I didn't really see anyone after that. Room was clean, adequate size, coffee maker and supplies easily found and stocked. There was a free breakfast and free wifi.

No comments.

Don¿t clean the room during the day. They not take out the trash. They don¿t change the towels daily . They don¿t make the bed. Etc.

It was in a great location with a lot of restaurants in walking distance. I also loved that the had coffee in the lobby and free breakfast.

The rug in our room felt sticky, like it hadn¿t had a deep cleaning in a long time.

Staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious. The room was clean!

The room we got was a handicap room that was not needed.

Everything was old and dirty. We had to go downstairs to ask for towels. When we got to the room and opened them they were full of grass. Shower had hair in it. Overall very dirty.

They do not provide housekeeping services. They don't answer the phone when calling for assistance. The laundry room was out of order. Night manager was not available. Didn't have any toilet paper in the room.

No bottled water on the coffee set up. Not enough towels.

The staff was very helpful and willing to fix the issues in a timely manner.

I've stayed at this hotel in the past and was disappointed at how far downhill it's gone. Stained or raggedy towels; no hot water first morning (fixed by that night though), shower curtain rod half falling off wall (also fixed by that evening).

Location was decent with easy access.

The free continental breakfast was not well thought out. If you don¿t get there within the first hour, your chances of getting any of the hot items are slim to none. Learned that the morning following my arrival. Front desk staff not very attentive.

No hot water. It barely got warm and they couldn’t switch us to a new room.

Hot water was lukewarm. Staff did not offer to change me to another room until last day.

It start with cops in the parking lot due to someone being robbed. Than my family kept getting woken up due to sounds that a were so b loud it shook the room. Couldn't find or get a hold of staff. And i was not above to sleep the whole night.
