The bathroom, shower tub , por maintenance

Leaky toilet, luke warm shower water, weak breakfast

Location and price

I believe that the bathroom needs a bit of work. Our sink did not have a stopper and the tile was loose and one had come all the way off the wall.

It was clean with a great location.

I was given a key to an occupied room. Then given a room without a working TV. No offer of changing rooms even after desk clerk couldn¿t get it to work¿

Amazing staff, clean rooms, nice little steak house across the street and close to Walmart and gas stations.

Staff was great, I can¿t remember the woman¿s name, but she was as very helpful and gave me directions to the hotel because my gps took me in another direction.

It is A-OK for an overnight stay. Very clean.

As this is an older hotel, my room could use a little spruce up.

The comfortable beds!

Room didn't smell clean, had a hint of mold and body odor in the air.

The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely return.

We were greeted and treated very well. The continental breakfast was delicious. The location was easy on and off to Route 10 .

Was clean, friendly staff although there Was confusion with check in. They overbook.I had 2 rooms, my in laws had 2 rooms. We were there for a funeral and 1 member of my party checked in early. They wanted his credit card for incidentals all the rooms.

breakfast was not the best. Seems hard to mess up eggs, sausage and biscuits but it was all dry and like rubber. The indoor pool may have well been an outside pool. Was ice cold and my granddaughter was very disappointed that she couldn’t swim.

we were most impressed with the hotel - we were with a group and we had 4 rooms reserved - everyone was well pleased with their rooms. We were happy - because we had found the deal on our own and informed the others - and they were given the same rate

If I did have anything to be concerned about - there was not a towel rack for the hand towel - and the eggs at the breakfast buffet were not good at all.

Convenient location

Had to wait at the front desk a few times until someone arrived. Called back to the hotel to checkout because no one was there.

This hotel was very clean. The pool area was busy, but clean. The location was near the event we were attending and points of interest. It is pet friendly, but you could not tell. It was so quiet and restful.

The pillows were uncomfortable. They were all dense and the fiberfill kind of wadded up. I would not have given these pillows to a guest in my house. Also,the coffee pot was missing a piece. I called to ask for a replacement, it never came. I need coffee

The air seemed humid in our room and not enough parking

Decent location with restaurants. Near the freeway. Staff was very nice. Price was decent.

Beds, sheets and towels were just like motel 6. Just a step above prison quality. Bed was hard, like sleeping on the floor.

Our room key did not open the door close to where we parked. We had to walk around to the front of the building to enter through the front door for two of the days we stayed.

Location to area visiting large room services

Had asked for a recliner. Chair was fixed seating. Shower was for wheelchair, floor wet after shower. Bed very hard. Late in evening, a bunch of men began talking very loud, lots of door slams. I called after 2 hrs and staff got them to be quite.

I did not find the beds to be extremely comfortable. The springs squeaked every time I got in and out of bed.

Hotel was clean and well cared for.
