The breakfast and Coffee.

The room....alot of things wasn't clean and not working properly .

Comfortable bed, pleasant decor

No bath towels in our room (had to get them at front desk), bracket to hold shower head was missing, only one thin blanket on the bed, rotten oranges at breakfast, no orange juice, no sugar-free coffee creamer & gallon of milk in the fridge was spoiled

Helpful staff

Greasy. Surfaces seemed coated with an oil product. A/C fan inoperable. Sheets had stray hairs; pillows were lumpy. Whole place needs a good steam cleaning!

When I called to ask if the pool was warm the person who answered the phone said yes. It was not in fact warm

Stayed 5 days total. Room initially very nice and clean. Had pool gym and spa.

Never cleaned room in 5 days have to even go find my own fresh towels. Pool clean but a bit warm and spa out of service. Gym equipment was broken or otherwise out of order. Included breakfast dependent on if kitchen personnel came to work. Never any coffe

Awful. We were given a key. The room was occupied. Given another key room had bug canister Went to Breakfast buffet at 8 there was no food except waffles

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast.

No smoke alarm in room 201. The shower diverter on the tub spout did not work, stuck on tub fill only. There was a cable box in the main room of the suite, but no TV there. Staff, pool, and breakfast were all awesome. Gross nasty lights in dining area.

The bed was not terrible

It was really dirty, elevator, carpet and bathroom. Zero hot water.

The staff are the friendliest and kindest and made our stay as good as it was.

The room had dog hair everywhere and the bed smelled of dog. There were goat head stickers on the carpet throughout.

Always clean and the pool is always excellent and warm. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good.

Easy to get to. Front desk staff very kind and accommodating. Very clean rooms. Everything worked well: A/C, hot water, TV, hair dryer.

The hotel itself is great. Nice stay. While pet friendly is important to most people, it is not to me. I don't travel with a pet. So when I get on an elevator and smell "dog" odor, it is not pleasant. Not pet friendly and non-smoking would be good.

Easy to get to and easy to get back on the road. Front desk Kim was very nice and efficient. Room was spacious, bed comfy, A/C worked great.

Not really. The breakfast selections were not what we wanted, but no worries. There is a great little cafe in town.

My favorite parts of the hotel was the super comfy bed. Had a good night sleep. Rooms are clean and inviting.

Close to location I was working. Easy to access from interstate.

The towels were old and one in particular was dirty or stained. There was gum on carpet in front of the desk. This is the second time I¿ve stayed at this hotel this month and both times the microwave in the rooms had issues.

The hostess really was helpful and efficient.

The room was filthy!!! The bedding was not changed. The floors were not washed or vacuumed. The 2nd room was clean, but the room cleaning staff didn't supply towels or other amenities.
