My room was not available, office empty with no vacancy written.

Tub stained. Toilet squirts waste water out the tub side when flushed every time. Towels stained. A/C condensation dripping on table. A/C vent clogged with lint/dirt. Neighbors slammed door at 5 am every morning. TV not hooked.

Toilet didn’t flush, shower didn’t work, no internet, RAW SEWAGE, furniture, sink holes in parking lot!….

Nasi, roaches drinking alcohol at front desk double charged me and no refund

Booked a week stay and ended up not even staying one night after seeing the room they would not refund so I was charged 425 dollars that I cannot get back

Even at $80, guests deserve better.

The window pain was broken. Curtain completely torn so I had to remedy it. The room was completely the smell of cigarette. There's no heater. Power outlets are all loose, can't charge my devices: I went back to the reception to talk to the receptionist about the condition but he said that's the only available room that night. I've made a mistake booking a room at that inn.

Rooms are discusting stinks like wet dog , airconditioner has no filter and has never been cleaned roaches everywere fleas in chair the ratings lie there is noway this place is 4 star and should be shutdown booking . Com lied again

Bath tub had dead roaches in it. Dead grass hoppers around toilet. They kept my driver's license I didn't realize till after I was hours down the road.

The owners were nice and room was clean

The original room had rotten meat in fridge and smelled. Were moved next door which was ok. AC did not cool enough. Picture shows a pool which was not there.

It was located close to the interstate.

There were a dozen flys in the room and the AC didn't cool off the room until after midnight. I think this stay broke me from ever staying at a hole in the wall joint again.

I had trouble sleeping because of the odor. It was like formaldehyde. I'm still not sure where it originated, but it was most noticeable while I was lying in the bed.

Toilet overflowed and I was handed two towels to mop it up.
