The staff provided exceptional service and the hotel/hotel room were so clean. Especially staff went out of his way to make sure to answer questions I had and even assisted with my luggage quickly but efficiently.

Lied about pet policy and threatened me with fine if I didn¿t leave.

The hotel met all our needs. Upon check in the girl was very pleasant and answered all my questions. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was well presented.I would surely stay here again.

This is a new hotel. Modern in appearance and professional staff.

For a Gluten free breakfast, they did not have cheerios or oatmeal or other GF grain (would have been nice), no fruit (probably all taken), but did have yogurt.

Rooms were like new! There was a fridge and A coffee maker in the room. Coffee, tea and water were available 24/7 in the lobby. Best stay in College Station in the past 10 years. We will definitely book this hotel again.

The room was clean and spacious. The shower was nice an big as well.

They put my wife and I in a handicapped room next to the elevator. Very loud and noisy. No free breakfast buffet and the Bar was not open.

Staff at front desk was not very helpful. We requested a different room due to location-Our room was right by exit and stairs. It was very noisy-doors slamming all night. There was no water pressure in the shower, and no breakfast.

That place was unsafe and run down. Not a safe place at all.

Check in and check out were so easy. We walked in and our keys were ready for us.

The comfort of the bed was awesome!

That it was not as close to where I was wanting to be as I'd like, but that is not really a big deal.

The cleanliness was excellent along with location. I had no issues. Excellent experience, keep up the great work.

New! Staff was very accommodating and this is big when staying for travel ball. Will choose this location in future.
