LOST POWER AND THE EMERGENCY GENERTOR STARTED IT WAS RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR ROOM AND KEPT US UP FROM 2AM UNTIL 6AM. COULD NOT SLEEP REAL LOUD. WIFE IS IN A WHEELCHAIR AND THE ELEVATORS WHERE NOT WORKING WIFE COULDNT GO DOWN TO LOBBY UNTIL 10:30 NO BREAKFAST

Great breakfasts and happy hour reception. Ice parking garage.

We had no hot water. We called down to the front desk to ask but were told it "should be" ok. We waited an hour, but still no hot water. We had 5 cold showers.

Location was great. Breakfast was good.

The a/c didn't cool off the room. We had to borrow a fan. They also didn't give enough towels in the room for the amount of occupants, and we had to wait until our second night to get a blanket for the sofa bed.

Clean rooms. Excellent free breakfast and cocktails.

Given accessible bathroom, water all over floor because shower curtain did not close all the way

Amazing happy hour drinks included 530-730 daily. Grab and go breakfast was typical, but the made to order omelets were delicious!

My room wasn't the coldest, but it stayed pretty cool.

The hotel was is great shape and had adequate cleanliness. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was up to pre-covid standards. Overall, it is a good place to stay.

Great big room, the check-in and check-out super fast! the staff super friendly, with free parking and free hot breakfast buffet style, everything clean! we come back in the near future.

We absolutely loved this hotel! They have great Covid-safe policies, like booking a private time slot for your family to use the pool. The cooked-to-order breakfast was the best free hotel breakfast we’ve ever had. Excellent, large suites too.

The hotel had amazing staff and the room was very spacious and well laid out. The evening reception and the breakfast were both great.

The breakfast was a huge plus with made to order omelets.The location was great with a lot of restaurant and food choices near by.Parking was easy in the garage. Hotel was clean and the area felt safe.

The hallways and elevator felt a bit warm in temperature.

Requested additional blankets but never received. Elevators were slow With a full hotel not having all elevators operational

still a lots of empty room but they put me in to a handicap and a king size bed room.

Decor was nice and modern.

Room amenities were poor and not worth the price we paid. We were disappointed.

staff allowed a patron with multiple dogs into the room next to us. Would not allow us to move to another queen/queen room--only king. I'd expect something like that from a cheaper hotel brand; felt it was ridiculous for the price we paid.
