The location

The property seemed to be in overall disrepair and not clean. The morning breakfast was poor and the person servicing was emptying trash cans and refilling items on the buffet with no gloves or hand washing

- Hotel staff were rude, to say the least. They made it look like they were paying for our stay there, needs elementary lessons on customer service to start with - Rooms were old, no real facilities to justify the cost - Breakfast was mediocre

This hotel is in desperate need of upgrades. Carpets are filthy wallpaper bubbling on the walls tile in the bathroom falling off definitely not up to Hilton standards. The best thing about this hotel was the staff. They were friendly, helpful

The service was top notch. The front desk was warm and friendly especially. Even management were great people.

The pictures online dont match what the hotel actually look like. This hotel is much older than the pictures are. Allot of things there were out of order and paint and things of that nature was peeling.

It was surprisingly quiet even when nearly sold out and having a school bus full of teens staying there.

Front desk staff seemed annoyed with having to assist guests.

There was no Bible in the room and I really missed it.

For the price we paid $---for 1 night and a little bitty bed. Would not fit 2 people on. Was more the size of a twin bed.

The room was one full bed versus two full/double beds. Didn¿t realize until chech in. Staff was helpful in getting a roll away bed.

Construction but I understand. This has been the second time that we came as a family group. We were satisfied the first time.

mattress was very uncomfortable; no setback from parking lot to ground floor windows so noise carried in easily from outside

Old & tired. Needs to be remodeled & updated. Very noisy¿thruway in parking lot, all night! Not Hampton Inn quality

The bed and linens very cozy.I also appreciated bottled water being available with coffee.

It's close to campus but don't let the name fool you. This isn't a typical Hampton Inn. It's in need of a big makeover.

If you're looking for old, musty, and dirty, then this is your place.

The front desk clerk was great! She asked what floor I'd like to be on. That never happens! When I told her I needed a quiet room away from other people, she delivered. Thank you!

It looked a little run down and shabby for a Hampton Inn. Breakfast was way below what I'm used to for this chain.

Room chairs were dirty. Wi-Fi horrible, I had to restart several times to connect. Not staying there again.

Please clean chairs. Arm rest look like they NEVER been cleaned. Update Wi-Fi.

Room was ideal for an individual traveling on a business. Well appointed, compact, and full featured.

It was clean and pool was nice.

It definitely needs updating. It's looking old. Also needs a pantry.

It was close to the university, easy to get in and out of, near restaurants, and very clean.
