The location was convenient

Rooms were not ready at check in. I was bumped to a lower room with no discount

wet carpet.....pool green and closed

Very clean, staff was professional and pleasant, excellent amenities, ample parking.

Sara at front desk was very welcoming and professional. I liked the quiet room and very comfortable bed

The TV stations all were ?off air?. The QR code for hotel menu didn?t open. Another option would be to have hotel services and menu viewable on the TV. Not all customers have a smart phone and this would be a useful backup to your hotel information.

The public areas were very nice.

The leather headboard was cracked and missing pieces. The room had a weird smell and the carpet was sticky. The 2 double beds actually measure small. They were the size of 2 slightly oversized twin beds.

The lobby was nice

The room was beat up and had black mold. Disgusting

Mollie, the front desk agent and the housekeeper are the only reason I gave a the staff an excellent score. They both went above and beyond!!!!

The room I got was old, could not turn the water on for a shower because the knob was so worn out, beds were so uncomfortable, the vinyl on the headboards was peeling off and the balcony door was off the track!!! Mr. Hotel Manager didn?t care!!!

Updated with new carpet and furniture. And offer free breakfast and snacks.

Old furniture and the room did not smell clean.

They had no Ice Machines on any of the room floors. It seems that they should not shut all down at the same time. The Roof top bar staff was not very welcoming when we arrived with about 14 people. They acted like all of the empty seats were reserved.

This hotel was in a great location and the lobby was nicely remodeled.

Our room was really really run down. The finish was peeling off the tub, some strangers special hair was in the tub , the water came up to our calves when we showered because the tub would not drain, the head board had scratch makes in the leather.

Beautiful room and a great location.

There were no wash cloths in my room upon checking. Housekeeping did not answer the phone. Front desk did not send wash cloths. Got one wash cloth for two people. Very unexpected.

Clean inside room

Construction, very long walk to room, only ONE elevator for entire hotel that was slow, broken toilet in room There should have been a huge discount for these issues. I wish I would have stayed somewhere else.

IT was under construction. very humid inside the room, no vent in the bathroom. Floors were not vacuumed, beds were full instead of queen, so very small for two people. Air vents were rusted.

Noisy construction, long elevator waits, and rooms being outdated.

The location was the ONLY good thing I can say about the hotel.

Renovation, removing the whole front of the hotel, was a danger. On leaving the hotel the 1st day, dust blew into my eyes, causing my eyes to blur and scratch. 2 days after our stay my eyes are still bloodshot. Hotel should have been closed.

Room smelled like smoke. Bathroom needs work (bathtub was scratched up- needs resurfacing)

Centrally located for what we needed.

Room was not clean. Vinyl material on headboard was flaked off and some in bed, TV was not working, visible wiring/cabling hanging out of wall. Visible wires on floor from ac unit in room.

Rooms are very small and has tiny beds compared to normal standard type of beds. I was little surprised about this hotel. Usually Hilton have their own standard size queen beds. Hotel is not maintained well. Over all experience is very bad.
