Breakfast was great

The pool was not open the entire time my family and I were there for our vacation we had to find a public pool instead of being able to use the one from the hotel

The air conditioner was great. My room was cool and very comfortable.

I¿ll be honest the room was really rundown and needed a refreshing. The bed was comfortable, but the desk chair was ripped up and the couch was dingy and didn¿t wanna sit on it.

Front desk clerk on check in was not that friendly. The A/C in our room was very loud and the hotel rooms are dated.

The room was dated. The air conditioning is a wall unit that is quite noisy. Some of the staff were pleasant and others were very unpleasant. I also did not have any wash cloths in my room.

The evening and morning staff were great. Welcoming and nice.

Hotel definitely needs a land scaper to go and clean up the property. Over grown weeds. Dry leaves that haven't been raked. Giving snakes an opportunity to blend in well. Driving in was not presentable. Bathroom walls were dirty. They need cleaning.

It was super clean the room and when you walk in to check in. The second staff member a lady was super sweet and helpful. Location was perfect not far from anything or where my daughter¿s tournament was located at.

First staff member a gentleman,greeted us but then changed his demeanor towards us. We noticed that he informed next guest after us about the workout facility, washer & dryer are free, pool closes at 11, but not once did he let us know.

Wasn¿t sure our room was really cleaned. Absolutely no soap in dispensers. Bed caved in the middle. Worn out. As you enter hotel bushes & greenery is overgrown like a jungle. Looks like no one cares about the property.

Our room was scheduled to be cleaned on Saturday but it did not happen. We did not have any regular coffee. Our TV had weird lights in the background and Ella said she would try and get service to look at it. Didn't happen. Ella had a meh kind of attitude

The hotel in general was dirty, lobby floor was filthy. Landscaping in the parking lot had beer cans, cigarette boxes and other trash littered throughout. Toilet had rust covered screws/bolts exposed. Floor was dirty, pull out sofa full of crumbs.

Bed was super comfy. Plenty of room so be comfortable

Had to look for the staff. Also no soap was offered besides the shower gel

We check out 2 days early our dog was released from tx am vet hospital I tried to get someone to help me with refund an couldn't Or rolled over to sept 28 and 29 have to go back to vet hospital

I liked the location, it was close to a good selection of places to eat. There was plenty of parking also.

The only thing I didn't like about my room was the sofa was full of dog hair and got all over my clothes when I sat on it.

Large space. Comfortable bed.

Family in next room was loud and noisy

Spacious room, quiet and clean property.

Room was missing a coffee pot and I was put on the first floor in a handicap accessible room despite other room availability.

Room size and breakfast

The arguments between front desk staff and guest was deplorable. A 2am argument ensued next to our room and continued with yelling and fighting came of it because of the banging that occurred for about an hour or so. Never again

The hotel was amazingly clean. The staff were very helpful and quick to respond to requests. The location is perfect and very close to nearby shopping stores, restaurants and of course the Texas A&M campus.

Clean, amenities, free wash and dry, everyday light cleaning, having breakfast available...even though they could vary the options. The location is great

Shower head fell off its mount due to loose screw. Cleaning crew forgot 2 of previous guest's face towels hanging on shower rod. Mentioned shower head to front desk but nothing was done

We did not get the room we reserved and paid for. We reserved and paid for a king suite. We got a room and when we went up to our room it was a double bed room. We went back to desk and were told that they were sorry but all full and could not move us to
