Location and size of room.

Receptionist, hotel manager, creaky elevator, spotty Wi-Fi and lack of consistent hot water.

Location was great, close to eateries, shopping and anything else you may need.

Great staff and felt very comfortable and safe on the grounds. Food was also good.

It was very clean, the room was excellent and it is in a good location.

The complimentary breakfast was a bit light. I was hoping for a little bit more. BUT, for the price I paid for the room, it's not that big of a deal.

Close to everything.

Covid breakfast really sucked. The elevator overheated and had to use stairs a lot I was on 3 rd floor.

This hotel was well designed, clean, the staff was helpful and friendlyand the breakfast was good, offering a variety of coices to meet all diet needs.

The morning we left the elevator was out of commission twice, and we had to carry our luggage down 3 flights of stairs, which was an inconvenience. Signs were placed on the door . The location of the entrance off the access road is awkward to find.

Location was great. Staff was awesome. They were able to accommodate my needs. Room was clean and nice for the price. Breakfast was great and they even had complimentary cookies during the day.

The bed wasn't comfortable. It was too soft and made my back hurt really bad. I wasn't able to sleep that night. The water serve also could be better.

Staff extremely professional and responsive, and nice! Room was very clean and comfortable, and pool area was beautiful and much enjoyed by my grandchildren.

Location too far from A&M campus.

Good location. Clean and quiet.

The toilet seat had a giant crack in it. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and drained very slowly. The elevator was out of order but the hotel was able to give us a room on the first floor.
