Hotel is conveniently located and has a nice bar in the lobby. Breakfast has many choices at reasonable prices.

The hotel seemed a bit rundown although clean. For instance the doors to the rooms felt a bit like prison doors the paint in the room was not neatly applied and looked sloppy. The tv in the room didn?t connect to any stations.

need usb plugs and outlets on the desktop. The plugs are under the desk and require crawling under to plug in. Not exactly easy for a 77-year-old.

Room was clean and neat, and the bed was comfortable.

We were awoken to some sort of construction sounds going on within the building.

Restroom toilet paper holder was broken. Walls weren¿t sealed. Restroom Just didn¿t look finished.

Location was very good and I generally liked the room layout and style. Beer and wine service in the evening was nice. Staff was helpful and friendly. Lobby area, swimming pool and gym were nice also.

Ceiling paint in bathroom was peeling. Shower door trim was coming off. Screws we¿re missing from shower door brackets. I didn¿t see any hand towels.

It was very dark! I don¿t like dark. When I arrived there was a sign that said I¿ll be with you shortly. I waited and waited and finally someone sitting at a table nearby came and helped me. Why didn¿t he come immediately?

Nice rooms: boutique-ish. Clean grounds, quiet building.

Male staff could use some training. For example, end/hold phone calls when two customers are standing at the reg desk.

The staff very friendly and nice.

Located behind another hotel. In room the plugs didn¿t work unless the light was on very strange and inconvenient. Door was very hard to open and wouldn¿t close unless you forced it. All in okay hotel for price and stars could have used a breakfast.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Modern look. Quiet throughout tho you can hear the traffic at night; not a deal breaker imo.

The best was a bit firm and pillows super soft; prefer opposite but nice size room, nice warm shower and well designed.

I love the modern style and layout. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful. Overall my says have been great. They are better and more reasonably priced than the nearby Hilton.

For one of my stays the refrigerator wasn't working, and for a different stay the TV wasn't working.
