Hotel McCoy College Station - Art, Libations, Pool Society

The entire vibe. Loved the decor, the live music in the grass, free drinks upon checkin, cleanliness, friendliness, etc.

Loved the way that the staff commnicated via text, prior to the stay and upon checkout.

Friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness. 10 min from everything

No way to have coffee before 7 AM without driving because there?s no coffee pot in the room and the office (where breakfast is) doesn?t open until 7

Staying at Hotel McCoy is an experience that doesn't negatively impact your pocketbook.

The activities

I had a great stay at Hotel McCoy — the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and full of fun character. The oatmeal bar is actually pretty good and healthy, which made for a great start to the day. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m back in College Station.

Absolutely nothing. I would stay here again.

Check-in and out were super easy, and the room was spotless and had everything we needed! Highly recommend.

Nice and unique place.

Manager was never available morning of evening. For those there for work, it is not supportive. The staff was sweet but limited on what I needed. Also, asked for a receipt twice and on booking but have not received it. Some noise outside given the location, it was okay but if you are a sensative sleeper, not good.No hot breakfast or gym.

I loved how it felt like being at home with the room decorations and the big flat screen tv

The AC seemed to come on for a couple of minutes and then shut off resulting in a hotter room stay

Hotel MaCoy was a nice surprise. My son had a swim competition, and usually stay at Hilton properties, but everything was sold out. I chose McCoy for the value and was pleaseantly surprise. It seems to be a renovated vintage motor hotel. The exterior is simple, but the rooms are nicely updated inside. The central patio area with pool and games creates a fun atmosphere, and the complementary drink was a nice touch.

Breakfast was good quality (oatmeal bar), though I would have liked a bit more variety. The keypad entry system was a bit confusing. I had to call the front desk for a new cod, and it only worked for the front door, not the back door to the parking lot. Also, the 11 am checkout felt early compared to what I'm used to with Hilton.

Loved the decoration and overall feel of Hotel McCoy. Can't wait to visit again and also see the other locations.

We would have liked to stay longer but had to move on. A place to hang clothes would have been nice though..

Awesome hotel in College Sration. Adult playground with a cool bar in lobby! Comfortable bed and good vibes all around.

Super-clean, well decorated, comfortable beds, easy convenient parking, excellent oatmeal bar and coffee.

Nothing to mention.

Overall loved the feel of the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and exceeded expectations.

The mattress was really hard - that's the only thing that was ideal about our stay.

The front-desk agent Annabelle, was super friendly and super personable. The room was spacious and incredibly designed. The outdoor amenities were fun and nostalgic.

Very much enjoyed everything even the artwork was wonderful love it makes me want to go visit other art motels in Texas.

The free breakfast was good. It wasn't really a whole lot. You can purchase certain sandwiches and things like that but I wish they had a total free breakfast totally it would be a blessing.

Attention to detail including soft fluffy towels, ear plugs next to the bed, sound machine

Nothing!

Our stay was delightful from booking to check-out. We loved the decor. There were fun activities both in the room and outside. We loved the swing and the awesome pool.

There was some traffic noise from the highway, but the hotel even provided for that. There were earplugs available for us. So that we slept well after we found them.

Clean, good location, friendly employees

I could hear traffic but it wasn't loud.

Everything from the games to hospitality to deco.

Unique

The young lady at breakfast was either overwhelmed or clueless. She went and sat down while people were waiting for oatmeal and it took her 5 minutes and walking all around to find brown sugar when it was right next to the oatmeal. I was excited about having an iced coffee and couldn’t use my coupon because there was no coffee.
