Staff was great! Room was spacious and comfortable.

The temperature in the shower was very difficult to get right. Either way too hot or freezing.

This was our first time to stay at a Residence Inn. I was so impressed!! The room was very clean with lots of room!! The staff was so friendly and helpful!!

The room layout was exceptional and provided a feeling of togetherness without eliminating any privacy.

There was an odd smell when first entering the room. Not unpleasant, just odd.

Everything was exceptional. I had never stayed at a Residence Inn but will remember the next time I book a hotel room.

Only problem was room keys didn't work very well but staff were always very willing to help.

Pool area smelled bad and our room door would shut but you could still see through.

Lots of damages— ceilings, broken towel, and toilet paper holders. Carpets smelled like dog urine., Shower, difficult to adjust, hot and cold

The rooms., great service all around specially the lady in the kitchen during breakfast, really nice and helpful and polite.

Everything was good. The only thing that we didn't like is that one of the TV in one of the rooms didn't work and we had no bodywash in one of the bathrooms. Last there was a weird odor or smell in the hallway.

The private bathrooms and actual rooms with doors.

I reserved 2 king beds, and my room had 1 king bed, and the other was either a queen or full-size bed. 2 of the tvs had the name I reserved the room under, but the other had someone else's name on it. Other than that, everything was as expected.

We really liked the setup of the suite having two separate bedrooms. We made use of most of the amenities offered. It was great for what my family needed this weekend.

Booking.com incorrectly advertised that this hotel has an amenity of "Electric vehicle charging station" and it does not. EV charging was a deciding factor in where I ended up booking so to find out after we arrived and needing to charge that it was not actually offered was pretty inconvenient.

the swimming pool was closed but they offered a sister facility down the road ..Breakfast wasn't available when it was clearly one of our request ... also the wasn't available
