Beautifully decorated for the holidays both outside and inside the lobby. Staff super friendly. Great option of 3 queens room. Breakfast amazing with many fresh choices and healthy options.

Clean friendly safe and secure

We enjoyed our 1 night stay at the Best Western. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. On arrival, however, the front desk person,  seemed to be a bit preoccupied and abrupt when asked a question..I guess it was time for a smoke break!

Friendly staff, clean well decorated lobby and rooms.

Cleanliness was the main thing that mattered to me. Even though the decor was older, this hotel really surpassed my expectations for cleanliness. It passed my black light inspection and most toilets never do¿ so this was VERY impressive to me.

Room was dirty. Cat hair on the floors and all over the bed. Not enough pillows or blankets in the room. Also, bc the hotel is located next to a busy highway you could hear traffic all night long.

Every member of the staff was very friendly. Every single one of them that I passed by greeted me.

whirlpool jets in the room didnt seem to be fully functional. Were not massaging much. The plastic bags that held sugar, cream, stirsticks, etc were open....someone had taken the stir sticks out of them...maybe housekeeping to check them to make sealed.

The hotel seemed updated and new. My kids loved the pool. Tge breakfast was well done.

Our room had a musty smell.

The staff was the best. We had a three hour power outage and they were helpful and courteous to everyone, even those that thought they were responsible for the outage.

The staff was friendly and helpful. This is my second stay and was pleased that the service was excellent both times. I stayed with my 91 year old Mom and everyone was polite and respectful. The room was large, well appointed and clean.

The hotel and room were clean, quiet, spacious and the employees welcoming.

Got the handicap room . Shower was not very good was made for wheelchair acess

The people at the front desk were helpful and courteous.
