The staff at this hotel was exceptional! Very friendly. Hotel extremely clean, beds were very comfy!!!

The access door from the back was not working. This was closest to my room. I had mentioned it to the front desk but they didn’t fix it.

Everything was very clean. Spacious rooms, great breakfast, quiet and very conveniently located close to restaurants and shops.

I enjoyed the hot breakfast and I loved being on the first floor.

Dog fees of $150, given a room full of pee on carpet, stopped up sink and the worst mattress sunken in on one side. Just because we have dogs doesn?t mean give us the pee room!

On the way to the room, it seemed that someone had recently smoked a cigarette in the hallway. The smell seeped into the the room. I explained to the front desk agent and was quicky assigned another room.

Hotel employee at the front desk was SUPER OUTSTANDING with her customer service, knowledge and overall support...Hotel employee is the BEST!!!

The food was just average...

Big room, kitchen, social nights. Staff was wonderful. Location great for Cedar Park and Leander.

No coffee filters in the kitchen, paper plates and plastic forks, spoons at breakfast and social time. Ran out of paper plates at social time.

The staff was very polite and helpful. They accommodated us very well. The rooms were spacious, My family enjoyed the room.

The clock was disconnected in the room. The phone had no cord connected to the wall and was missing. Therefore rendering it useless.

The hotel is in need of some major repairs. The shower heads leak and the water runs back into the wall. The ceiling is cracking and the paint is bubbling and peeling off. There are holes everywhere and all they did was put spackle in it.Didn't even paint

The beds were terrible uncomfortable and small. The room was dirty and smelly. We're were changed to 4 different rooms and they were all a joke. This hotel is not COVID-19 clean!!! Even the manager admitted it was not cleaned like it supposed to be.

Location was great

Did not clean our room during our stay due to having absent cleaning staff also no hot water

Kitchen cabinets had salt/pepper in jars Icemaker in fridge/freezer

Would be nice to have ¿top-down¿ window blinds that allow natural light in while protecting privacy for first floor rooms

This was one of the nicest hotels I¿ve stayed at in a long time. The property is lovely, the rooms were huge, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen was very nice and well supplied. The staff was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond!

Everyone who worked at the hotel was friendly! The room was gorgeous and well stocked. The breakfast was outstanding because of the number of choices that were available.

The inside of the pool appeared to need resurfacing. I stayed on the first floor and there was no ice machine. I got ice from the front desk, but didn¿t want to ask every time that I wanted ice.

They Charged us twice and we still haven¿t received our money back and it¿s been five days

Loved everything from the time we checked in til the time we checked out! Loved the room layout! The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure! The staff was so friendly and very welcoming!

New hotel and very clean. Staff was very courteous.

I loved our suite and appreciate the space and being on the 1st floor with my kids. The included breakfast was good.

This could have been a 5 star visit had the room been clean. My 2 year old found food and a pill (medication) on the floor from the previous guest. The remotes were full of dust and dirt. Clearly, high touch surfaces are not being sanitized.

Clean, easy to find, breakfast had good options

Had maintenance being competed in room next to mine. Maintenance was there when I checked in (seen them entering). When I got back they were still there this was @ 8;45 pm. I was kept awake until almost midnight. Front desk was informed & didn't care.

Cleanliness! I had no complaints about any area of the hotel not being clean. The staff greeted us with a smiling face and were very professional and seemed to be hard working since they also go to the rooms to make sure they have been cleaned properly

It¿s not a deal breaker but the only thing that stands out to me is the size of the bathroom. The door swings in and you have to squeeze out of the way to shut the door.

no public ice machine. just the ones in the room fridges.
