Close to activities and great restaurants

The suite included an unfurnished kitchenette…no plates, utensils, paper towels and only two glasses. The bathroom floor seemed to have traces of black mold.

Quiet area

the restaurant, light menu but they had hamburgers, went down and ordered a hamburger and a glass of red wine, the restaurant was out of both.

The spacious room, cleanliness

Hv a microwave in the room would make the stay way much better.

Nice room

The staff, not very friendly, when I checked in I asked if my room was handicap and was told no. The staff said no it was not, of course when I got to the room it was indeed handicap. Back to the check in desk and they changed my room to what I booked

Central A/C blows humid & Moldy air. I got sick during my stay. The water pressure is equivalent to a kinked garden hose.

Spacious room and bathroom.

We were woken up at 1:15am because the fire alarm went off. Hyatt did offer us points to be added to our account. A free nights stay would've been better. They also should've extended breakfast hours.

Music venue across the street. Pretty loud until late into the night Thursday-Sunday

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I observed that there were a number of regular guests that were greeted by name and seem to be almost like family.

There is no restaurant close by, no place you can safely walk to. Many of the food items on their menu were not available.

The staff were very friendly. I had a long wait in the lobby for my ride and the front desk offered me a drink or food. I thought it was a nice jester since they had noticed I was stranded for a while. I felt safe staying at this hotel.

The register for the heat was noisy when it was turned up.

For a quick one night stay this hotel served its purpose. Room was clean and nice and I liked the layout. Bed was comfortable and location was close to HEB Center in Cedar park. No complaints about hotel or service.

For my purposes, I like its proximity to restaurants and shopping. I enjoyed the ambiance and decor, as well.

Check in time was at 3pm and we arrived at 5pm and our room wasn't ready until after 5:30pm, and we had a wedding to be at that we were late for due to this delay.

Friendly and courteous staff

The room was a little warm but I think there was record heat outside.

Appeared to be brand new, even tho it was 3 years old. Check-in was a breeze. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was normal fare, but pleasant.

One barking dog on our floor. Was surprised they allowed pets.

Smelled like dog poop in the room. Staff were rude and not customer oriented

Close to our son¿s home. New hotel; quiet, clean, easy access.

After check out, they charged us for an extra day and for a bottle of water that we didn¿t buy. If they did housekeeping, they would have seen we had checked out.

I had to leave some of my equipment in the bed of my truck overnight, the parking lot was well lit and I could see my tuck from my hotel room.

Free breakfast was limited, which I can understand. I order chicken wings for lunch which cost about $10 and the ones I received were overcooked, staff told me it was really good. There was trash underneath my mini fridge which I could see from my bed.
