The friendly staff and the cleanness of the hotel. We were greeted as we entered the hotel lobby.

Everything was great.

The hotel was clean, had a nice breakfast every morning, in a good location for my needs, but the best thing I liked about the hotel was GEORGE at the front desk!! So very nice, helpful and truly knows what customer service is all about!

The electric blinds would not go up on the window. The control was missing and the lines were cut so we weren't sure what happened. We had already napped on the beds, so we didn't want to switch rooms.

Man on duty on Saturday morning was very kind and personable.

Room was clean except for the bathroom floor. Hair, liquid splash stuff showed on floor. Rest of the room looked good. But bathroom needs to be REALLY clean!

Clean rooms, good breakfast, good service.

Water pressure is useless. Had a terrible shower.

My husband and I got bitten by bed bugs on the second night of our stay. It does look like a clean hotel. However, they need to do a better job with pest control. And the hotel manager has never called me for compensation.

Two of the three exercise machines did not work,so I had to skip my workout.

The sheet were fairly clean.

The room was nice everything was clean. However there was a foul odor. It smelt like sweaty feet, and must.

Staff was very friendly.

Very warm, musty odor. Elevator was out of service so I had to get my elderly mother who has a brain injury down 2 flights of stairs.

Everything was great a this hotel. The rooms were nice and big and clean. The breakfast had many variety. The hotel over all felt very modern which was very good.

The AC took quite a long time to cool down our room.

I booked this hotel because it showed there was a hot tub at the hotel. They had the hot tub filled with cement. I would have chosen a different place to stay while in town from out of state, if I would have known this.

The wifi was not strong enough for my mom to work from the hotel, the pool was freezing cold even in 70 degree weather and I did not like being asked about towels every time we needed knew ones as if it we had bad intentions when we simply had 4 family me

Staff were very kind and helpful. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was great. Room comfortable, slept extremely well. Definitely wood stay again!

This location was perfect, and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was great, and beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

There was very little to no soap in the shower and hair conditioner . I realized this after getting in the shower so had to jump out to grab the bar soap near the sink .

Location, cleanliness, friendliness.

Rooms ok not great/ didn't have a remote for the tv when we called the front desk they made us come & get it they wouldn't bring it up. Breakfast was not great not many guest but food was out or not stocked

The best was that the hotel was in the middle of where I needed to be at.

The ceiling was leaking in the bathroom. It wasn¿t a slow Leak it was pretty fast. I had to stay there because the lady at the front desk said they¿re overbooked
