The front desk clerk was helpful.

Pee stains on the bed, dirty baby diaper and other trash left in trash can. The carpet was wet feeling and also the bed. The smell in the room was musty and stunk really bad.

The location was great to get to all the places I needed to while in town. The A/C worked great.

This is a smoke free hotel however it smelled like smoke everywhere, including hallways and the room. The room itself was mildewy and there were roaches crawling out of the sink in the kitchenette.

Price was right, the staff was very friendly, and the location perfect for our needs

The guest above our room made stomping, dropping, and scraping noises thru the night. I called mgr at 3am to complain. Mgr spoke w/guest of that room but nothing changed. We checked out at 3:45am. FYI: landline didn’t work; large hair ball in bathroom.

The room we were in smelled musky and moldy. The grounds needed to be kept up, needed mowing at least.

Very small TV, towels are very rough. No free breakfast . Parking spaces were very narrow.

I wished they had breakfast. And an ice machine All they had was the icemaker in the icebox in the room.

Loved the room, it was nice and spacious! Easy check in and loved being on the ground floor!

If I had to choose one thing it would be the little coffee maker..just gets coffee everywhere if you don't get the pot in the right spot. (Plus the coffee cups hadn't been clean)

An altercation occured where I was the victim and was asked to leave just a few hours after I checked in

Soft beds. Quiet. Room darkening curtains that are 100%!

Once i got there no rooms were available, they sent me to a different hotel. in the end both hotels charged my card, now im told it could be up to 60 days to get a refund. on top of that the room i got was nothing compared to the room i reserved.

Didn¿t have to pay for parking.

No USB ports. Could be updated.

Hotel moved me to nearby Holiday Inn Express at no additional cost due to overbooking. Staff was friendly.
