Bed was comfortable

Chipped paint in tub, ac made me cough, smelled moldy, tv very small, No cable, only antenna, internet seemed fine, furniture peeling, old, smelled, door had a gap on sides,people out all night, yelling in Spanish and walking everywhere, door jams.

Was closer to my move in apt.Nothing else

Nothing is good abt the hotel.The door of the reception always remains closed .There are no elevators and had to carry 8 bags to second floor.As the sun sets the ambience turns shady with homeless people settling there taking drugs, drinking.Avoid

The bed was extraordinarily comfortable. The bathroom was very clean.

Terrible odor I realized was bug spray after I saw the first roach. Bedding and towels dirty odor and stained.

The hot water and water pressure in the bathtub

Too easy to hear what was going on outside of the room. Voices, cars, loud guests.

Rooms have full kitchen and they are clean. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist you when needed it

The halls are discusting. When I get to the hotel I had the feeling I made a mistake picking this place. If they care about cleaning the halls once in a while my review would had been all + but the hall are really discusting, water and debries all over

It was located close to my niece, whom I was visiting.

There were no dishes in the kitchenette. There were carpet tacks sticking up out of the carpet that HURT when I stepped on them. The staff were a little bit hostile.

Room had roaches. They made you buy a $30 pot & pan set instead of supplying the things used to cook and eat like other suite hotels.

They dont have a elevator so if your on the second floor with a lot of luggage your stuck dragging it up the stairs which is a hassle. And annoying after driving all day and being tired that was the last thing I wanted to do

1-Hard to see hotel and signage from the road. 2-There was no bathtub. It was only a walk in shower. 3-the shower head was on a hose and there wasn't a mount to hold the shower head. I had to hold it the whole time. Add shower head mount please

The sheets and towels were very clean and crisp as well as good quality. When you walked in to register it smelled very clean and fresh as well. Front desk clerk was very nice and efficient.

The floors (carpet) in our room were so dirty that they made your feet black when you stepped into the shower. They appeared clean, no spots or visible dirt so I don't fault the hotel, I believe it is a function of people and foot traffic in the room.

The motel offered a small stuffed animal for a small fee, I did not get the stuffed animal but was rather impressed by the small note attached. Great job !

No it was perfection at it's best

It was clean & it was in Cedar Park, but several miles from the center.

It has a full kitchen with nothing in it. No dishes, pots, glasses. You can purchase a set of pots/$29.99. In the bathroom there were no plastic disposal glasses for drinking/brushing your teeth. Soap was 1/3 the size of other motels. No swimming pool.

The proximity to my interests in the area was what I liked best about this hotel.

The listed room amenities said there would be access to a hot tub, and being sore after our commute I was greatly looking forward to that feature. However, I found none and the shower/tub in the suite was lacking.

Absolutely nothing.

Billed as "decked out kitchen" which is why I booked it. Flew in from JFK. Discovered that there were no pots, pans, dishes - anything in the kitchen. Stove, fridge but nothing else. Front desk said I had to bring my own or buy it from them.

the air was not adequate. There were only 2 towels in the room and no iron.

Nothing...Since our destination was Austin we suffered from long drives, new but cheaply contructed, unhelpful staff, poor housekeeping service, dismal location with no pulic spaces at this hotel.
