We were there 5 nights and had to ask the front desk to have room cleaned.

Beautiful place, inside & out. New, everything immaculate. You walk in & it smells so good! Staff at the front desk, very friendly, accommodating. Breakfast variety was unbelievable by comparison to other places we've stayed.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, loved that they would have breakfast packed in a bag in the morning for grab and go.

Went the entire three night stay with no room key and was not compensated for the inconvenience. We had to be escorted to our room every day! Water pressure was a joke; lighting in bathroom was so bright it was blinding first thing in the morning.

Clean. Operated professionally and efficiently. Staff wad cordial, professional and helpful. Rooms very nice and clean. Amenities were available and nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Location

The hotel had no hot water all the time we stayed there. They kept saying that the hot water was going to be ready in 2 hours, well we stayed the entire day and the hot water issue was never fixed.

TV reception was glitchy a couple of times,shower water temperature too hot the second night....no cold water to cool down in the shower

Near family

Given smaller room than reserved and sheets were stained. Requested just clean sheets, they came in and did everything but change the bed. Had to go to the desk (not answering phone) to get the sheets changed.

Wall thermostat was broken. Hot water took 15 minutes to warm up.

Alan was great at check in, professional, hospitable, and has a good sense of humor. Logan was professional, informative, and personable. Ki'era was very friendly and professional. The housekeepers do a great job cleaning my room and breakfast is always looking well prepared. Great location, great rooms, and a terrific staff.

The room in the front desk staff were wonderful. I also enjoyed the breakfast.

My room is only cleaned once and the bed was only cleaned once
