    Pros +

    • The hospitality of the staff was superb! 10/10!
    • Not much.
    • Pool and staff

    Cons -

    • The elevator broke. Nobody's fault. That just really sucked when checking out at 6am before work and you have to haul all of your luggage and bags down the flights of stairs while dressed in a suit.
    • There is a lot of dangerous black mold in the room’s AC units. The Rooms had a horrible musty odor as did the hallways. Industrial fans were placed in the hallways to circulate air and they allowed large animals to disrupt the residents. Im
    • Shower head was WAY too high in the bathroom, and unable to be adjusted. No maid service after first night so dirty towels were not replaced. Had to call the desk to ask for fresh towels, and then were asked to come down to the desk to get them.

The smell horrible, dirty sheets, nasty carpet floor, dirty bathroom, there’s not room service . Never again. And we left before our reservation day was. We couldn’t stay any day more.

    Pool and staff

New pool chairs needed and new shower head

    The breakfast

They did not have the swimming pool available because they rent it out to some swimming teaching company

Location is all it has going for it. Police are ALWAYS there! Everything is out of order. Juice machine hasn?t worked for months. Same with w&d. it could be a decent spot if management would hire capable staff and fix stuff up.They?d rather bully guests.

The staff, specially GM Deborah who refused to renew my reservation because I complained about the elevator being broken. She called the police on me and banned me from the hotel.I missed my daughter?s last Senior festivities because of it.She?s horrible!

We liked the location to our desired area. A plus is that there is a restaurant next door and you can walk to the restaurant. They had a nice breakfast and good WIFI.

    5ConniePosted on: 5-13-2025

The pool was filthy. Green and slimy. I booked this hotel specifically because it has an indoor poo. Rain was forecast and my grandson wanted to swim so I looked for a hotel with an indoor pool. I reported the condition of the pool but nothing was done

This hotel is convenient for me because we were able to get bus service for my 4 children. We are displaced for a few months and the school district was able to send a bus to pick them up every day.

The manager seems to be going out of her way to make my life even more difficult than it is being displaced with 4 children. The new complaint of the day was I?m taking too much food at breakfast. I have never been more angry or embarrassed in my life.

    The customer service.

1-Check the battery in the thermostat regularly. My room was always unbearable the first night because the thermostat didn?t work. 2-Vacuum the hallways, would only take a few minutes and the hotel ambience would be better.

You could hear the guests next to you. Did not have enough breakfast items and area was a mess. Warmer did not work for food.

    6Verified guestPosted on: 4-29-2025

    The price was reasonable

The bottom of the door you could see almost outside or vice versa. The breakfest warmer was not working and they didn't have enough maker of waffles or syrup or honey. And the guy from the kitchen said they have been like this for 2 weeks

    3Verified guestPosted on: 4-8-2025

The staff did their best to help when we were locked out of our room because of a dead battery for our card key pad. Our son did enjoy the pool table.

There was a very strong unpleasant smell in the elevator and in our room. The sheets had a foul odor as well and we were locked out of our room for awhile. This was our first (and unfortunately our last) time staying at this hotel chain.

    4Verified guestPosted on: 4-3-2025

The amenities are nice when they are working. My family is currently displaced so we?ve been at this hotel for almost 2 months and on that time many amenities have not been operational. It?s in a central area and has a school bus route so that?s helpful.

The staff - I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, specifically at hotels. When you have guest who has been with you for two months you get to know them. I can say with full honesty I do not even know anyone?s name except for the gm.

    3Verified guestPosted on: 3-22-2025

It?s in an alright location minus the traffic.

The pool is ice cold. You can not enjoy it. The exercise room was closed. The breakfast had no protein. Games in the game room were broken. None of the TVs are on. The front desk staff does not acknowledge or speak to you. It?s unpleasant.

    9AngelaPosted on: 1-30-2025

The price, desk people were nice and the breakfast was pretty good.

The weed smell in the hallways.

    1Verified guestPosted on: 1-7-2025

    The desk staff was good

Asked to talk to manager and she left instead , pool wasn?t warm at all in beginning . I had to take time to go to desk and never did get into the pool. Breakfast was being picked up before 930. One of my lights in bathroom was out

    Location

Booked for pool. Pool was cold. Manager avoided discussing with us. Nothing was done for us.
