Nice staff except for maintenance.

TV didn't work, and shower was broken and leaking. Reported this twice and no one tried to help from maintenance. Desk clerk tried to fix TV but could not.

The room was clean, good aray of hot breakfast items, the attendant at front desk were helpful.

The constant slamming of the doors all hours of the day and night, the smell of weed down the halls close to back door and in 3 different rooms when we tried finding a smoke free room. All 3 smoke free had weed smells and it was worse when the ac came on.

I had another guest walk in my room. The desk apparently gave them my room as well. Then, about 30 minutes after I fell asleep, the front desk calls and asks what room I am in. This was not good at all.

It was filthy!!! I didn't even get to lay down in the bed because I spotted bed bugs in the bed and roaches were in the bathroom so I couldn't bathe either!I told the manager and he said that he knows and they're about to remodel.

Hotel staff were friendly, and location was right off highway!

The room was dirty, saw a roach, the website says FREE continental breakfast huge reason we chose the hotel the HAVE NOT served breakfast since Covid started so that was a huge website ad error, the pool outside was dirty!

The clerk who checks me in was FaceTime while doing the check in And would stop to chat on FaceTime Left me waiting
