Big room and free breakfast

Bathroom was not clean at all.

I booked two family suites. The lights in the 2nd family suite did not work, so, I was down graded to a 2 queen bed hotel but still charged for a family suite.

The A/C was awesome

The exhaust fan did not ŵork. The remotes didn't work. The swimming pool was green and was unable to get in it. There was nothing to drink in breakfast area except water.

TV did not work, staff looked at it 1st night and then never followed thru and fixed it

The first room we was put in heater did not work, toilet seat was broke, room was dirty. Second room, the heater would not turn off room was dirty. Lock on door was broke.

Close to the facility

It was under construction. They assigned us a room with luggage in it and then ¿upgraded¿ us. No they didn¿t. It was the same room. The rooms were dingy. I was told by staff there were no working ice makers. The pool was drained and gross.

The guy who was running breakfast was really nice and on point

Rroms had beer caps and food crumbs everywhere, bed uncomfortable, front desk has attitude problem. Seems like they don't want to be there. Shower did not work properly. Definitely not worth the money they asking for a night

Nothing. Front desk was nice and tried to be helpful.

Not clean, smelled of mold and mildew, run down, laundry did not work. Had to leave after 2 days instead of 6 because of this. We tried to tough it out by staying 2 nights but we could not.

The bed was comfy and the A/C got pretty cold.

The front desk person when we checked in was beyond rude, nothing worked to the point of being comical

Had to move rooms as the lights did not work. Dirty common areas, was told many things in the hotel did not work and needed updating. Generally a very poor experience at this hotel, I expected more from this Holiday Inn.

The hotel was terrible. Old and outdated. Pool was green and closed. Rooms are in need of remodeling. Worst and dirtiest gym I have ever used.

The first room they showed me was not clean. The 2nd room they showed me had a flickering light in the bathroom and no lights in the living area.

The pool was closed, which I¿m sure I could¿ve found out if I¿d called beforehand. We requested a Queen room and got two double beds in a handicap accessible room. Because it was this type of room the shower was difficult to use. The room needed a redo.

The check in clerk was so RUDE.Needs some customers service training. We were treated like we were a bother. The breakfast was not stocked. There were minimum breakfast selection. Not worth the cost. Very unsatisfied

NOTHING!!

I did not like anything! The room was dirty, lampshades were busted, drapes falling down,single-ply tp, the breakfast was awful, the whole property was under renovations. Noisy room by elevator, 1 ice machine and it's on 1st floor - ridiculous!!!

Location, perfecty located next to the volleyball tournament venue.

Told me breakfast wouldn¿t be served before 7:00 because employees don¿t want to wake up early¿ really?! Needed it by 6:30.

Location was the best part, it was close to our family who we were visiting.

I was not aware of the remodeling that was going on, or that they only did room service every 3rd day. That was disappointing¿

It was so clean, smelled so good. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was AMAZING. Best water pressure ever!

Most of our visit the elevator was broken but that was okay!

At checking, claimed my reservation cancelled months prior. No soap in rooms, when asked for some, was told there wasn't any, that it was on backorder. Bathroom ceiling moldy, moving down walls, tub surround moldy. Overall looks rundown & shabby!
