It was clean and comfortable.

During the week, there are mostly manual labor working crews staying there. Unfortunately, because most of them smoke, the hallways smelled like smoke and it would seep into your room. There's not much that can be done about that, but it's reality.

Looks brand new. Convenient location. comfortable bed. Quite. Nice kitchen set up.

Tub was very slippery. There is a tub mat in room but there should be a sign advising to use it

The staff were very diligent about keeping common areas clean. Not a small task given many contractors staying at hotel coming from job sites.

Did not realize this was a true extended stay hotel, no room cleaning service for 7 days, we stayed nine. Asked if we could get beds redone midway through stay and told had to wait until day 7. I like to be green but not that green.

Location to my destination.

The hotel and room itself was run down and dirty. I had to wipe down countertops in kitchen and bathroom. I had to wipe down refrigerator that had leftover spills/stains inside. The floors were filthy; left the bottoms of your feet black. Won¿t stay agai

We had an event to attend at 6pm and needed to get cleaned up. Check in time was 3pm. We arrived at the hotel at 4pm but we were not able to get into our room until 5:40pm. We were late for our event. I understand they were short staffed.

Everything. Quiet, convenient, clean and friendly staff!

The room with the King bed was pretty spacious compared to other rooms I¿ve stayed at.

Come dinner time a horrible smell seeped into the room. It smelled the same in the hallway and elevator. By morning when room service was on our floor the smell was gone. There were hairs in our washcloths and on the shower walls and a water bug.

The hotel was nice and they were very accommodating.

When I arrived they gave me a dirty room that had not been cleaned. As soon I I went back to the service desk, they moved me to another room. I was not expecting to see the dirty room.

Location was good for that particular night.

Why is this place so expensive? They don¿t even serve breakfast and their coffee is barely mediocre (assuming you can brave the gooey concentrated clogged up, room temperature creamer, of course.)

The hotel met the needs of my family for our one night stay. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The water pressure was wonderful and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool was open, which was a huge plus for my little one.

I found it odd that there was only one trash can in the room. There was a weird smell of fettuccini alfredo when we arrived but it soon dissipated when we returned from dinner and a small shopping trip.

Nice rooms, Clean for the most part, but not maintained very well. Things falling apart and no one seems to care?

Went to check in and the General Manager was rude to the point that I checked out the next day to another hotel. Customer service is everything to me, and he didn't have any!

Room was OK, location good.

General Manager was extremely rude and non accommodating at all. Argued with me for extra towel. Room was not clean, garbage left from last person in bathroom, curtains broken, only one soap for sink and shower?

The cleanliness. We had to move 3 times to different rooms. The staff did not apologize for the smell in the room and dirty left over stinky water . Overall it was a waste of my money and they did not offer me an extra free night after I did not complain

When checking in I requested a room with 2 beds and the front desk said they couldn’t accommodate me then the next morning when the next shift came in she said that there is no problem in changing rooms. Then the elevator broke and we were on the 4 flo

The bed was a full or queen size, definitely not the king I selected.
