Cleanliness, lots of towels,

There was a slight old carpet smell, like the carpet needs to be replaced or removed

The room had a musty smell and the bathroom wallpaper was coming off. There was a small leak above the bathtub that dripped when someone was showering on the floor above.

Location was good.

The rooms were not well soundproofed. There was noise from above and next door.

The hotel was close to our destination.

The room wasn't very nice or as described. The air did not work in the room and went hot and cold throughout the night making it hard to sleep. The bed was super soft and the shower didn't work very well. Our room was in need of a major upgrade.

The location can't be beat. Close enough to Austin without the Austin prices or hype.

Decor is a little dated. It does not take away from the cleanliness or the safety which is a bigger priority for me.

They allowed multiple guests enter the hotel and to walk freely throughout the hotel without their masks on. This was quite alarming!

Because of Covid-19, breakfast has changed. Some notice of this would have been nice, as we could have brought something to meet our needs, instead of the sugary, carb-loaded continental breakfast supplied. And, yes we checked the website before arriving.

In wakking distance of major grocery stores and restaurants but also quiet ans peaceful.

I loved everything about the hotel.

The breakfast was fresh and very well-maintained. There were a lot of options. The room was clean the staff were friendly it was a very nice stay.

When we checked in at 5:50 pm, the room was not ready. When turning back the bed covers, there were bread or cracker crumbs in the bed.

We requested a crib and one was not available when we arrived.

The cleanliness and location was excellent.

The room was large enough to include a sofa or easy chair. The only place to sit was a secretary desk chair, a stack chair or on the bed.

Centrally located to eating restaurants, shopping and easy entrance and exit. The room was clean, staff was very friendly.

It met my needs. There wasn¿t anything that stands out to like ¿best.¿ For the star rating given, it was fine.

One of the elevators was broken, meaning some long waits. The juice machine was also broken, which only feels noteworthy in context with other broken things.

The front desk staff was very nice and friendly and the room was very clean.

When I checked into hotel did not have good customer service. Being welcomed to a hotel is very important to me.
