The fact that the first room they sent us too upon check-in had not been cleaned, only ice on the first floor and no way to carry it and no truly healthy breakfast.

Easy to get to

Breakfast situation. Attitude of staff. Hotel employee was great.

Location and A/C worked well

The room was dirty. Breakfast was almost completely empty at 8:30. Power in the bathroom went off when I was drying my hair (using their dryer). Told the clerk and she nodded her head and said it was a known issue. I expect better for almost $---

The communal space provided in lobby

Breakfast: VERY limited options (eggs, sausage & pancakes all 3 days) & perpetually understocked. This was also true of our prior stay. Fitness: 1 of 2 treadmills broken. No pool. 1 ice machine & guests are prohibited from using it for jugs, coolers,etc.

The room was very humid and the tile floors were damp and slick the whole time.

Good bedding and ambience

Terrible breakfast options and rooms are tidy with lots of noise coming from road and outside rooms

The hotel is quiet and in a great location.

They're was garbage still in the can in the bedroom and tables weren't very clean for breakfast.

Very dirty. Halls looked like they had not been vacuumed in months. Trash cans were overflowing and not emptied. The gal at the front desk was reading a book and was annoyed when we asked for towels. Elevator walls were smeared with some white sustance

Beeakfast had few options & even ran out of essentials before 8:00am like the one variety of meat provided?-?out? as in, not being restocked.?One small ice maker for hotel- out of ice.?& no pool. The only Tru Ive stayed at with no pool & no ice

Check in was easy and breakfast and checkout times were excellent

The duvet was too hot.

Lounge lobby too wide open. no private entertainment area. No room service, no valet service

AC was set to max as I went into my room and I run hot so that was a nice surprise. Super comfortable bed. I slept like a baby! Staff was super friendly and let me stay in the lobby to wait until my rehearsal for a few hours after I checked out.

The shampoo left a really weird residue in my hair. I noticed it even as I was washing it. There was also hair that was not mine in the shower left on the walls.

It was in a great location. Very clean and friendly staff.

Tru is a clean, modern, yet minimalist type hotel, which still manages to offer enough amenities for a really good price. The staff was extremely nice & helpful, and the coffee was really good even in the evening.

Rooms are not huge, but sufficient for 2 people. More may be cramped unless they have bigger rooms I'm not aware of.

I've always loved Tru Hiltons and will continue to utilize them. I love the bright colors, complimentary water/coffee. Breakfast was very good and quick. Love the outside games.

It wasnt as clean as I was used to seeing for Hiltons.

I paid for a room and then tried to check in 20 minutes later. The hotel you booked me for at 11:00 pm at night was sold out. So, in the freezy cold wind I unloaded my stuff, tried to check in, was told no room in the house and had to wait on hold for

The location and ease to get from place to place was the best part about the experience.

The staff, mostly the lady on evening shift. She was rude and very mean to my kids. She mumbled things to them under her breath but when I walked over she would ignore them. When we needed things for our room she only gave us part of what we needed.

The rooms are very modern, love the soaps and the big TV.

The manager has horrible customer service. Me and my husband were both charged TWICE. He paid on his card ($--) and I used mine as the deposit ($20) for 2 days ended up being around $---. Then kicked us out during a Texas State of Emergency Snow Storm.
