Best Western Bryan College Station

The breakfast selection was great and so was the taste of the food.

The location looked sketchy with the closed business in front with graffiti.

Good location, friendly staff and a fresh continental breakfast.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the walls were very thin.

the room was clean and in order - but it was a little musty smelling - I think this comes from the in-wall air conditioner - the staff should try changing or washing or spraying the unit filter with a spray disinfectant

Located in a great part of town, close to event we attended. Restaurants close by.

I did not like that I was unable to use the phone. I was told to dial 8 instead of 9 so I did and the phone didn't work. I called back to tell her and she said "ma'am there's nothing that I can do," I also had two roaches in my room. Ugh

The location is great, really unbelievable for the price. A little hidden, but anyone who used to live in College Station will be able to appreciate it's access to Northgate and the Campus.

We had a bed bug scare while here. Still haven't heard back from the hotel management about whether or not it was confirmed to have the critters, but the bites are indicative and worrying.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The air conditioner in our room was a little noisy and although we were comfortable, the thermostat was a little off and had to be lowered all the way to 68 to cool the room.

Everyone was so helpful and went out of their way to make our stay great.

The only thing would be to have move roll-a-way beds available. Because this hotel is in college station, there are many families visiting their child that is college.

Breakfast sucked! Watered down juice and egg shells in eggs , not very good. Even the waffle tasted bad. I'm sorry, but yall have to step it up.
