Relax Inn Bryan College Station

The location and quietness.

No do not disturb signs , had to ask for a bucket for ice. , prices a little bit to high.

The manager was very polite and helpful!!! The hotel is under construction to make more improvements but there was no loud noises during the day and it was very quiet at night!!! I would definitely stay here again!!!

I liked this hotel much better than four points or sleep inn either one. Both were more expensive and had higher rankings. The wifi was slower at both, no microwave at 4ponits

Nothing at all. The price was 25% less, the only difference between them and relax inn is the building facade and all rooms are on the ground. A feature I prefer anyway

It was very quiet

Air conditioning wasn't working properly and some toiletries were needed in the room

The hotel was clean and the shower had great water pressure. It was no frills but I had no complaints about anything. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was quite firm on check out time. Asked for a couple extra hours to come back from soccer training to shower before we checked out. Certainly understand they want to get the rooms clean so this is quite minor.

Room was fairly clean. It appeared to be freshly painted.

Where to begin? Staff wasn't very friendly. No coffeemaker in room as advertised. Towels had to be asked for. Carpet seemed dirty. No ice or ice bucket. Toilet seat wonky. No clothes hangers or drawers for clothes. No way to stop up sink.

Terrible customer service ! Extremely rude

Management, customer service , hotel is dirty

Dirty and no iron, no coffee maker

Location and price.

The bed was not very comfortable.

The price was right for a big game weekend. The location is ok for access to food, shopping and campus.

There were 2 towels in a room set up for 4 people. The staff doesn't speak/understand English very well so I was not able to get a change made to my reservation for next weekend.

The price was reasonable. Room was clean and the shower was excellent. The TV worked without any issues.

Everything was good

We like security. Didn't get it.

The doors to the rooms do not actually lock! The dead bolts don't work. Manager could not provide a room that a credit card couldn't open! 3 locked rooms were easily entered (manager present). Manager said he would "watch our room 24-7". Bull!

Cleaning staff was excellent

Pay for the stay before I even arrived to check in.Pay before 6 PM when I did not arrive until 7:30 b/c Hotel policy required all rooms to be payed for before the books are closed at 6.Management would not give extra towels per Hotel policy.

The hotel was clean and the very modest ammenities all worked. There did seem to be a great amount of wear and tear on all facilities. It was a place to sleep and clean up during a busy Texas A&M Gameday weekend. A true 2 star hotel. A bit overpriced.

The hotel staff was bit unorganized. I was called 2 hours before I arrived by a clerk insisting that I provide arrival time and confirmation that I was on my way. I was called again after 10 pm after check in about why I had not arrived yet. Go figure.

I was looking for something moderately priced. This motel was clean, neat & comfortable for the price. I was pleased.

close to the highway and could hear road traffic

Absolute best value for game weekends.

Nothing. All was great.

Price and location.

No, I have stayed here before and it suits my needs.

Desk clerk was efficient.

I woke up covered in bed bug bites. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Staff is very friendly and helpful!
