Staff nice. Room clean

Rain buckets from dripping in the hotel. Room wasn't ready until after 3:30. Check-in is at 3 pm.

The location was not bad.

Most of the staff needed an attitude adjustment. There were a couple of people that were nice and helpful but for --- dollars per night the rest were pathetic and unhelpful.

Breakfast. I¿d like some healthier choices and some gluten free options

Tv remote was dirty. Bathroom light wouldn¿t turn off.

Hotel employee was awesome! The room was perfect - location in the hotel, cleanliness and quietness.

Check in was at 3:00pm wasn¿t able to get room til 3:45 because it wasn¿t ready. I asked to sit by pool, pool was closed, not ready. Tv kept messing up the whole time I had it on. I¿ve been double charged on my debit card for deposit........

The staff came into the room to snoop but they didn¿t clean up or do anything in there and we were there a full week

The beds are very comfortable, the room was very clean and it is easy to get to.

The front desk wasn¿t the friendliest. Check in was suppose to be at 3. I got there at 4 and was advised I couldn¿t check in due to a room not being ready. Even though the housekeeper advised there was a room ready.

TV didn't always work, signal would go out. Also, dealt with 5 different front desk people from checking in to very helpful person who came to room to fix TV. Otherwise, front desk wasn't as cordial and not as welcoming as what we are used to...

The room was wonderful. Very clean & comfortable. We appreciated the refrigerator. The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful. He made certain that I had enough coffee supplies and answered all questions we had. Very professional.

Many large boxes of supplies in the 1st floor main hallways. No one at the front desk either morning of our stay. Two customers at the front desk waiting on Thursday morning - no one came. Friday I had to call out & interrupt 2 staff visiting in an office

We had a queen suite and both beds were so bad we could not sleep. My husband finally pulled out the sleeper sofa and tried that but it was impossible for us to get any sleep. For the price we paid we will not be staying here again.

Location was good,. Staff polite,easy check in and out.

The front desk lady was extremely helpful, and friendly. Made me feel very welcome. Room was good size and comfortable. Will definitely stay there if price is right, it was last visit.

Breakfast and the people who helped there

Two times my room flooded they moved me but it flooded again it sad that a nice hotel couldn''t keep up with the maintenance of the hotel. Some staff were very rude and wouldnt apologize when it was their mistake.

was not told they were remodeling things were a mess.i did not get the room i payed for. paid for a king suite when asked on arrival was told that due to remodeling they got rid of all king suites and now only had two queens. other rooms in town were all

Breakfast was good. A/C was cold.

The place looked run down. There was a pull out sofa bed sitting in the hall way. The pool was dirty, the pool liner was coming off. Wall trim falling off. Ice machine didn't work, had to go down a floor to get ice.

Arrived at 2:20. No one at front desk. Janitor had to find someone. Check in was 3:00. Said room was still being cleaned. When we got into room garbage had not been emptied and there was blood on one sheet on the bed.

Very warm in hallway areas. The bathroom floor was very sticky and seemed very dirty. You could tell the tile flooring had not been bleached or cleaned well because the grout was almost black with dirt and grime. It was disgusting.
