Big rooms,comfortable bed and great staff

The location of the hotel is great.

The bathroom had a horrible smell upon checkin. The bathroom sink would hardly drain. There were flies in the room upon check in. The few towels we did have were not white they were dingy. The carpet was dirty and gross. There was pee around the toilet.

Pee drips on bathroom floor in front of tolliet. Dog excrement on sidewalk outside room door. Floors were dirty and room was very dark and dreary.

BROKEN door locks!! WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE, FILTHY & TORN CARPET,DIRTY BATHTUB, NO MATTRESS COVER/PAD, DARK room, NOT ENOUGH TOWELS & NO EXTRA BLANKET, DOG being kept in ice/wash room area: SMELLY!! THIN wall - can hear people talking, etc.

No access to office, locked our whole stay. Contact by phone, or stand in weather and wind trying to speak through tiny hole in window. No breakfast or amenities, no maid service, never showed up. No ice - staff told us to go across hwy to Best Western.

I like the appearance of the room, kitchen, bathroom. Nice deco.

All of the Studio 6's I have ever stayed in offered kitchen utensils on hand. This location did not have any. This was the only thing I did not like. I stay at these hotels because of this reason so this was a disappointment.

Staff was accomodating and room was very clean.

It was very close to the main highway I needed to get on in order to get to where I was going.

They had a horrible beetle problem.

Filthy

Bed was ok in comfort, was overall clean but nothing at all special, easy to get to the location.

The loud banging and music most the night from either beside or above. The smell of marijuana reeking through the place. The bathroom was not dirty but tub stained, toilet seat very loose, just overall was not as good as others we have stayed at in the area on trips.

The location was nice. That's about it.

The room was dirty. Looked like there was crumbled potato chips or something in the floor. Dead bugs, security latch was broken. Beds were hard as a rock. You can see where hand rails were removed in the bathroom, not sure why. Not very handicap friendly. Will not stay again.

It is very close to the highway and on a main street in Beeville making it very accessible to lots of things.

It’s a little dated but you can see that the staf is working to make improvements.

My husband is handicapped and they worked with us until they were able to get us a down stairs room

Cleanliness and atmosphere but most of all cleanliness is a big must and met my expectations

They did not have my handicap accessible room available as requested since May and was not notified in advance.

very nice people, housekeeping made sure the place was cleaned daily. For a budget hotel I was very pleased with the place.

The room was nice

That I booked the room for that day and I was there that day it was just 10 hours to early

mold in bathroom the carpet was sticky and coming off the ground had left over eggs in the refrigerator from another guest

The Location

The restroom was dirty. it still had a bar of soap with hair from other people in it. We were woken up by a very loud knock at the door telling us we had to hurry up and check out. The man was very rude we still had 30 min to checkout.
