The location and the employees.

Roaches everywhere. Shocked!! Shower head barely put out pressure. Smoke alarm not even connected. Sits on top of tv cabinet. This alone on top of the roaches made us so uneasy . So disappointed!! We have stayed there so many times!

The room was not clean. I changed rooms twice. The second was worse than the first. The desk clerk was rude and very unhelpful. They placed a hold on my card and told me they needed an additional $100 deposit or to keep my dl overnight.

Good size room. Didn’t smell like mariguana smoke. Friendly staff.

No desk in the room. Ac unit was very noisy.

Price was great

The 1st room we were placed in wasn't a King, as booked, and was missing many pieces of furniture. No nightstands, lamps, chairs, sofa, or coffee pot. TV didn't work. After complaining, moved rooms, which had all amenities, except a cover blanket on bed.

I liked that it was clean, good location, service was excellent and quiet.

We were very unsatisfied with the breakfast especially the coffee was cold.

Not too much.

I was given a smoking room when I had asked for a non-smoking room. The television did not have a remote and I requested one and the man that helped me said he was going to get one and never came back. Not aware of the name change of the motel either

Everything was good. They were all very helpful and was very cooperative when we asked to move rooms. Great customer service.

It was kind of hot when we first arrived and room could of been a little colder but wasn't to bad. Also breakfast hours are horrible from 6-8 and they didn't even have the breakfast ready by 6 it was closer to 7 so it didn't leave a lot of time.

The staff was really nice

Every time I would lay down on the bed I felt like I was getting bitten by bugs I woke up with bites all over

Room was dirty with large stains in the carpet. Had huge unpainted patch in the wall where there was obviously a very large hole repaired. Looked like at one time it was probably a pretty nice hotel, but just very run down now.

Location & staff understanding my concerns for safety to move us from first room.

The hotel is very dated & needs to be treated for insects & inspected for safety.

Staff was friendly and helpful

The room smelled of mold and mildew. The plumbing and furniture was in need of repair.

It was very clean, the breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were pleasant.

The mask requirement and restriction on taking breakfast items back to the room were less than favorable.

Convenient and cost effective

Housekeeping was less than expected. Supplies were not replenished and only part of the room attended to

It needed pest extermination.

These rooms were used by families taking refuge from power and water failures during Texas Freeze. Best things were comfort, cleanliness and availability of basic necessities.

Cost effective & the gentleman at the desk was kind

Hairs in the cloth/ rags for bathing & no bath soap or shampoo (only conditioner & hand bar soap)

It is very quiet. No noise with traffic. Like location of bathroom didn’t have to worry if curtain or door was open that outside guest could see. We have stayed in this location for several years and they allow us to park our trailer

Very Old, old uncomfortable matresses, old dingy sheets, windows were very thin crickets kept us up all night
