Clean.. Friendly..Nice pool area and hot tub was great

Sign on the street is poorly located and too small. I drove right past it and so did a guest that came to meet me at the hotel.

The staff was so friendly attentive and courteous. Room, linen and restroom were clean, you could tell everything was disinfected, lighting was perfect. Wifi service was good.

Comfortable bed and bed linens. Our room itself was clean and smelled good.

Hotel is by a trashy apartment complex with strange people outside looking around. Hotel entry was dirty and food crumbs were all over the dining area floor from the previous day. Breakfast was cold and supposed to be ready at 6am and was not till 7 am

the staff worked with me to book the right room with my disability, and the room was probably the best room I have ever stayed in. very clean, comfortable and inviting! Will definitely stay here again.

It was very clean. Staff were accommodating and friendly. The beds were comfortable.

Suggestion: When a handicapped person asks for a handicapped room it should have a walk in shower. Having to step over a big bathtub is dangerous. I made it but is was scary and not convenient.

Quiet and comfortable. Full hot breakfast. Also provided an evening dinner meal with wine.

There was very rowdy guests in the middle of the night when we called the front desk all the guy said was yes it’s a wild night. Then when we got up Monday morning there was no water which was not the hotels fault but they could’ve let the guests know. The beds were itchy.

The room was clean, and breakfast was what you would expect in times of Covid. No complaints about the indoor facilities.

The location itself is in an impoverished area. I was worried about overnight parking, but thankful we didn’t have any issues. We stayed here because it was the closest reputable chain hotel to Lake Corpus Christi, but boat parking was tight. I’m fairly certain a local resident got a room and invited the whole town to hang out. I’m talking 15 kids in a pool and none of them were going inside for potty breaks. The poolarea was trashed with candy wrappers, water bottles, etc. The pool and hot tub were probably nice, but don’t expect patrons to be limited to hotel guests.
