  • Nothing, the pics online is totally different from what was in person! Never stayed and it was a hassle getting my refund due to staff not answering their phone.
  • The affordable rate convenient location, and cleanliness of the facility.
  • I liked the fact that the room was clean, there was an elevator for those of us with heavy suitcases, and that there was a continental breakfast in the morning

  • Front desk guy told us no smoking in out room, which was not a problem, because we don¿t smoke. Soon as we got down the hallway it smelled like a 100 packs of Marlboro¿s and let¿s not talk about how bad to room smelled. 2nd room was ambushed.

The room was clean with all it's expected amenities. The staff respected the "do not disturb sign".
I needed a place to stay for 1 WK; therefore had a lot of baggage. I was given a room on the 3rd floor and NO working elevator. I was told the elevator was in process of being fixed, after my 1 wk stay, the elevator still did not work.
