Hampton Inn & Suites Bastrop

No refrigerator or microwave in room, room with pool too hot to sit in, getting past McDonald's was bad.

The location was great, rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and courteous.

Maybe have a small refrigerator for guest in room and more handi-cap accessible rooms. Getting in and out of a bathtub when you have bad knees, is always a challenge. Thank you for your consideration.

Disappointed that there weren¿t any bottles of water in the room, the breakfast was okay but turkey sausage? And instant eggs, the quality seemed subpar compared with other hotels that I paid far less for.

I booked a king room and received a double bed room. Bed was very uncomfortable. Tv was small. AC didn't cool the room.

How Clean it was and the guests were nice and well behaved. The front desk service was fast and friendly and professional.

We needed a late check out due to my daughter having a zoom meeting lasting until noon. Appreciate that the hotel allowed us until 12:30 for a check out time.

Exceptionally clean facility and room. As most hotel chains have stopped breakfast due to COVID, this hotel had created a barrier and breakfast was prepared and served by staff member very safely done which was impressive.

The price, location and it is the nicest hotel that does not cost hundreds of dollars in Bastrop TX. The front desk person when I checked in was very nice and friendly. This was my second time staying at this location and both experiences were nice.

The wi-fi does not appear to work that great or there is too many people on it so it lags. Also in the room description it stated there was a mini fridge and microwave however there was not. The ice machine on the floor I was on was also broken

Not much for the price I paid. Staff seemed inexperienced. All the night employee did was recline in the lobby and watched tv half asleep.

Did not get the room I paid for. Staff seemed like they didnt care. Couldn't use pool or jacuzzi or have a continental breakfast due to co 19 epidemic but still paid full price. I paid --- for a big room then charged another 99 after checkout.

Needed towels but they were out? I did not have my room cleaned and then I had a note that said if I need towels to go to housekeeping. I did and they told me they were out. So I had to go to Walmart and buy some

Location, clean, free breakfast, great coffee and creamers

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was a nice size with plenty of towels. The bed was very comfortable which is always important!

The television could be a bit larger

Everyone that we had contact with on the Staff were extremely nice and helpful! The breakfast was very satisfying and the area where it was served was clean and inviting.

They might want to think about replacing the couch in 406 and maybe revisit furniture in other rooms. Besides that everything in the room was very clean.

Holes in walls in room. Walking on room floor caused feet to turn black with filth. Not up to Hampton Standards. Will not stay here again.

Good location though traffic was very heavy in the area due to local highway reconstruction. Front desk staff members were friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Room was very dark even with the curtains open. TV set up was at a bad angle for watching from the bed or from the couch. Tiles leading to walk-in shower were slippery.
