Location was great.
Only had one elevator working out of three inside property. Caused long line to go up to room or to leave. For the price we paid more than one elevator should work. Had to pay for parking and the garage is a walk from property. In addition the garage elevators were not always working. When they did work it was fastER to use stairs than to wait in 100 degree weather. In addition, the garage elevator does not have AC so it was extremely hot and had horrible smell. Room had a musk smell like someone previously smoked in it. Stayed on 9 th floor which had it posted as a premium stay. There was nothing premium about the 9th floor.

Excellent hotel and location. Right at the bridge about a 5 min walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Very easy to get around. Very safe at night. Nice quiet hotel. Good breakfast and really good happy hour in the afternoon.

The hotel is very conveniently located, within the walking distance to shopping, restaurants, even downtown. The hotel and room were clean, we liked the breakfast with a variety of food. The staff was polite and nice.
The AC in the room was pretty noisy and not easy to operate

Amazing experience, great hotel, great hospitality.
However the cleaning team forgot to clean our room. The help desk assisted us when we escalated the issue.

Location was good.
Drain stopper for sink did not work in bathroom. Water was cold at times for shower. Exceptionally good staff. From reception to housekeeping to dining area. Great people.

Location was great. Breakfast and evening reception was great. The room and downtown view also great.
Mostly clean with a little room for improvement. Charged parking fee of $40 + tax PER DAY !!! Have to park on 3rd or 4th floor and some of parking garage elevators out of service.
