Motel 6 Arlington, TX

Hotel employee will be the downfall of this business. Customer service is terrible and I was charged for a room that I didn’t even stay in after she refused to cancel my reservation litigation pending.

The bed. That's it.

TV, the remote, and the bathroom, the floor, and roaches.

Pool was filled in with dirt and we didn?t know until we got there and my kids were excited to swim. Room stayed hot, AC was not cooling properly. No microwave in room or in the lobby. No tissue boxes. Dirty areas in room.

The parking lot area was full of litter. The first room I was in there was a hole in the bathroom door, the towel rack was broken and the bathtubs water control valve was broken

It was cheaper than the rest, an close to where I needed to be, an pet friendly!! An the pool

Room has roaches, the door was broken would not lock, without bolt thing, they tried to throw me out cause there mistake on my card, problems with housekeeping asking me if I needed ANYTHING,I had to chase them down. Not a good experience at all.

Location and everything works

Owners are deceptive about re booking. I could have gotten a better rate b rebooking and instead we paid them. Losing money both days. When I asked them and brought it to there attention they looked for away to kick us out.

It was clean and a very big room.

The office chair was missing a wheel and the hydraulic arm on it was broken.

Nothing. It was extremely unhygienic and needs repairs and updating. I asked for a refund and the clerk pretended to give me one but did not. I had to demand a receipt that reflected the actual refund.

Everything. The walls had paint falling, water stains on ceilings. The sofa bed smelled like dig urine and had rust all over the mattress. The door frame was broken and did not feel safe.

I loved the professional behavior of the young gentleman at night. Our room was 217.. wow amazing size

Bathrooms show wear and tear, but the service was great.

My door lock was messed up, they had to come let me in every time I came back! No frig in room. Was supposed to be fixed next morning, never was. Strip at bottom of door missing there was a gap big enough for a mouse to get in. Nothing to like!!

Everything..only 1 out of all employees (family) was rude and barely spoke English! Never did repairs as promised, never put frig in next morning as promised, ice machine hasn¿t worked in years! Asked for compensation was told it¿s a luxury not necessity!

Nothing at all, besides the fact that it was a place to sleep.

Yes, the room smelled very musty. Bedspread had cigarette burns on it in plain sight.Three flat pillows on a king bed. The two towels in the shower were less than car wash quality with noticeable stain. Dirty floors. Last but not least Roaches!

Felt safe. Rooms were big.

The location

I was given an upstairs room which outs not that big of a problem. My problem was the room I was given had no places to park, I asked the clerk if I could get a room on the other side where there was available parking. Only if I paid more money

Easy access to room

Room looks like a crackhouse. Bathroom air extractor was missing cover. Bed looked like it was on piers and beams. Vacant rooms doors left wide open. A bit scary. I couldn’t even stay the night

The night person was very helpful and polite. The day lady was lazy and rude.

I like location Price wasn't too bad

It said it is non smoking but smelled like smoke when we checked in. There were cigarette burns on blanket. Bed was hard

Desk clerk  was very rude too my wife when she called..  Hotel employee told her I might be in the room with another women thats why kim would't put my wife though the line..

I like the location. It was close to shopping centers

The first room I was assigned was terrible. I turned on the heat in the room, and soon enough, the room began to smell like urine. It was horrible. The environment did not feel clean; and the tv did not have a remote control. I was moved to a new room.

Wasn't good. Piece of metal hidden on side of bed.Bruised and cut my leg on it.Loud group of men outside.Clerk would do nothing.Dead bolt didn't work.Evening female clerk was extremely rude yelling acting extremely unstable,refused to give her name.

Evening clerk was unstable.Screamed at me,went crazy in the lobby and front.She said she would go get Lic Plate #,car was parked right in front.When I said ok.She started yelling.guess she didn't want to. I had enough stress as mom had heart surgery.

The Room was clean and in what seemed to be a good area there was easy access to restaurants and it was very close to 6 flags
