Didn’t like the hotel. Poorly cleaned. Had bedbugs. Talked to the clerk and canceled my reservation.

Did not receive a refund for the room after being there for 10 minutes. Room had bedbugs and roaches in the bathroom.

We were without HOT WATER for 6 DAYS!!!! They kept saying it was the cities fault because they were working on the road!!! No compensation! Said they would keep equivalent of one days rent to cancel my reservation!!!

The bed was good and pillows comfortable

The booking said that breakfast was provided! A cup of coffee down at the office is NOT breakfast.

Cleanliness of the room. Desk attendant.

The noise from other tenants could be heard from my room all during the night. Children banging on my door while the parent watched from the staircase (not the children's fault). The smell from the water during a shower was horrible. Smelled like sewage.

I could park right outside my door.

I had big roaches in my room. The dresser drawers would not stay closed. I did not get a continental breakfast as advertised. Just coffee.

We did not get to get to stay in hotel there were roaches every where the staff were very rude and they would not refund our money it was so bad we had to go to another hotel

They would not recognize or honor my confirmation. Charged me more and demanded cash.

There was nothing I liked

While in bed a big roach climbed on my partner, tried killing it but got away. I decided to checked From after incident and found roach poop all around the place like behind bed , nightstand etc.. very bad experience, which I could get my money back.

Although it was a 2 star it was clean

The towels were stained they were washed but still had black stains

their phone was disconnected and we were unable to contact them. the fridge in the room did not work. the manager was argumentative and rude. they lied about the phone not working.

Location to my event

Smoke and piss smell outside, roaches, unclean, unmaintained, no safety latch on room door, holes in wall, mildew in restroom, stains on ceiling, smoke holes on comforter, broken lamps, missing towel bar, holes in towels, and hair in tub. Disguised!

Checkout

This room was totally unsafe and unclean! The door frame was busted, smoke detector was torn from wall, and sharp edge from broken shelf in shower was a trip hazard. Staff was average! If I could have afforded another hotel myself and son would have left.

Nothing!

Bugs everywhere . I got my money back. Room looked like been used. Bad! Just bad.

The location and the behavior of the staff. He was sympathetic and apologize when I laid my complaints.

There are cockroaches in the room,drawers, the toilet bowl was stained in and the lid. No bedside lamp working, the door of the room.No toilet tissue, no hangers to hang clothes. It fell short of expectation. I can provide pictures for more verificatio

Refrig and microwave

The bathroom door had two holes in it. It looked like somebody had smashed their fist in the door. One of the drawer doirs was broken out.

The price

It was really dirty. A dead bug was in the bathtub, and the floor of the tub was dark brown. There were holes in the wall and door and there was no interior lock. The area was sketchy and Im glad I made it out without incident

When I arrived the staff member was too rude Then in room 107 had a Pitbull dog who tried to atraced me and my family

Fast check in and fast check out.

This hotel did not have free breakfast advertised. When I was in the room it did not have the lock on top of the door. It was unsafe for my kid and I to stay there. I told the front desk about the lock and all he said was oh we know. I won¿t stay here

The distance from AT&T stadium.

The smell of drugs walking to the room was strong. The bed was really hard and the pillow was practically flat. Barely slept because of this.

I end up having to catch a Uber to go get cash for a deposit. I spoke to the staff earlier in the day and a deposit was never mentioned. Also there was no couch like it was pictured online when I booked the room. Dry towels were nasty and hair everywhere.
