location was nice

dirty, smelly. front desk was rude. refund would be appreciated

It was convenient to get to and very clean inside.

The only thing that was annoying was my room card wouldn't work and I tried several times. Finally, the front desk clerk upgraded me to a nicer room and the key worked fine. This is a nice hotel for the price.

Location

The condition of the room was deeply unsatisfactory. It was evident that proper cleaning and maintenance had been neglected. The furniture was damaged and some pieces appeared stained and unusable. Several appliances were non-functional.

We didn?t finish our stay

Gross, dead roaches, bad smells and overall disgusting hotel.

Convenient location to venue

Old & dank smelling, hallway carpet was filthy, could see thru all around the door, room appeared clean but had a roach in the bathroom

Only thing good about this hotel, location.

I reserved a suite for a disabled person. I did not get the suite I paid for. I was given a room with one bed for 3 people. I slept on the couch so my daughter and grandson could have the bed. I?m disabled. Also it smelled horrible.

room 1. missing fold out couch, toilet hard to flush, warm water only if running the bath. room 2. fold out couch in disrepair, no mattress, no bedding, also trouble with hot water(both rooms on first floor)had to get room 3 due to resrvd rooms inadequacy

Key card didn?t work internet connection keep going out told manger no help other guest complained to don?t stay here

Room furniture was broken and damaged, no hangers in the closet, ac unit was noisy, no kitchen utensils, plates, or cups, no in room coffee, no lobby coffee. Will never stay again.

Absolutely nothing, this hotel was disgusting and had roaches and bed bugs. The lobby looked like it was a rehab center.,

Everything, I did not stay. I ended up going to a different hotel and staying with friends because there was no other available rooms in the area.,

The location was close to Six Flags.

The hotel in general but especially the room, was in disrepair. There were roaches. Half the lights in the room did not work. The AC unit barely cooled the room.There was mold. The room my daugher's family stayed in had duct tape around the window.

I asked about the breakfast options the day before and was told that there was a grab-and-go area with coffee, muffins, and oatmeal. The next morning, I got up within the 30 mins of the breakfast being set up and there was no food at all.

It was close to where we needed. The stadium is right there.

There were cockroaches everywhere. The walls were stained. Overall not kept up very well. Huge domestic disturbance in the middle of the night right next to us. No "on the go" breakfast as advertised. I will never go back and do not recommend to anyone.

The smell the room was horrible condition restroom door wouldn't close the ceiling was in restroom was falling

Air conditioning worked

A lot. Smell was bad. Shower was cold. Furniture was broken. Chair was ripped. Curtains were full of holes. Shelves were hanging down in closet which was open. Not good at all. Would never stay here again.

The bed was decent

I couldn?t do anything no gym, no laundry and didn?t realize until I had to use the so inconvenient for me

The only thing we liked was the location.

Pretty run down. Didn't get what we asked for[2beds 2 bedrooms] fire alarms went off at night. Each hallway smelled rather bad. Doors kicked in / repaired slightly. Some doors Didn't shut. Shower head Didn't stay as it should. No soaps.

It has a kitchen

It has an odor of pet urine down every hall, it¿s breakfast is just blueberry muffins and granola bar. I think they should think about all the kids that stays here including the adults, people don¿t eat that nor kids have like cereal, apples, waffles

The carpet in the hall and floor in elevator had not been cleaned. The place smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The latch on the door was broke to the room secured door with ironing board and no latch on the window. Could say more but out of characters.
