Lux Hotel & Spa

The rooms are old, not clean, dusty and entirely OVER PRICED. The rooms look more like a cheap pay by hour run down motel then an actual Spa styled hotel. I'll never stay here ever again!

I didn't like anything about it!

How close to the venue it was, location in proximity to highways. The price was ok given it was for a large concert but was twice the price of a regular night. Room.was very basic but still comfortable.

Room/bathroom were a little tight. The room was a bit warm when entering.

Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Has a great pool. Staff were friendly and helpful.

If there was breakfast we didn’t know about it. The bar and restaurant don’t open until 6. There was an advertised drink special but the bartender had no clue about it and didn’t try to find out. The music was changed to a different genre when we were there because of our race. The pool area concept is cool but the tables in the cabanas were disgusting and there was trash under the cushions and on the ground. Pool water was cloudy

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was great for me! They were even able to accommodate an early check-in when my plans changed.

Checked in for a 2 night stay and the morning after check-in, complete strangers walked into our room while we were sleeping because the front desk checked out our room to them. Took forever to get someone at the front desk to answer the phone and asked to speak to manager but was told no one available. Agent apologized saying that my reservation was cancelled and that's why she checked someone else into that room because their system was showing it was empty. On top of that our room keys were deactivated when the new ones were issued to our walk in guest, but the agent never mentioned that part so we found out after leaving the room and not being able to get back in

Location is great. Parking is great. Pool/lounge area outside is actually pretty decent set up. Gym is mismatched but very sufficient. Rooms are good size. Bathrooms are nice.

Just under $200 for 1 night in king room and it doesn't include a hot breakfast or even cereal/juice? Just machine coffee. Right away that's a "no return" for me. Also i tried to call front desk a few times the next morning and nobody would ever answer. Rooms look decent and linens r nice but king mattress was noticeably warped. Room phone looked and felt like it was from 1990. It's weird but the place feels like a nicer-end hotel and a motel 6 at the same time tbh.

The gym and game room complete with jukebox and billiards table and a nightclub on site gave it a major appeal!!! I attended a birthday party at the nightclub and it was awesome!! The club even has a outdoor sitting area with cabanas and pool access. Very nice hotel!!! Staff is extra nice and accommodating

The room was fresh and clean. I felt comfortable there.

No issues.

Clean rooms. Fast check in/out. Late check out!! That is a big bonus.

The music in the restaurant was SO loud, we sat outside, which was fine. But if the weather wasn't good, we wouldn't have stayed bc the music was way too loud.
